Enplug is a cloud-based signage solution used to display digital content. Businesses across various industries can use Enplug to communicate their message to their target audience via social feeds, blogs, videos and other digital content.

Enplug allows companies to customize their content following their brand communication strategies. They can enhance their digital content by selecting apps from the Enplug’s app market. Users can monitor social media content’s run time on a visual dashboard. They can track viewers’ engagement with their content using posts tagged on Twitter handles and hashtags.

Additionally, Enplug offers features like content scheduling that enables users to decide the play time of an application, automatic filtering, device monitoring, built-in analytics and SSL data encryption.

Enplug offers services on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via email and through an online knowledge base.

I enjoy customizing the program to get the most up to date info out to all of our customers.

Pros

I love that we can display music, weather, our social media feeds, and create custom signage to put out to our customer

Cons

sometimes the videos uploaded lag, and sometimes the system freezes. It's always an easy fix.

The control center on the computer is very easy to use, and the customer support team is very responsive when there is anything you need.

Cons

The android boxes are moody. They sometimes need to be reset, but otherwise the system works great

Took me 5mins to setup up device, however I'm still learning the dashboard. Over, I bought 5 more devices.

Pros

Software was easy and friendly. My grandma can do this, not kidding. LOL

Cons

Dashboard was a bit confusing to many functions. I'll still learning.

Enplug allowed me to unify and streamline my company's content and branding across the digital displays all throughout our campus. It allowed us to display up to date information to our students and visitors on a timely basis with the click of a button.

Pros

It is so easy to use and offers a lot of flexibility to accomplish almost any project for your displays. The support team and account managers are proactive and speedy, always ready to help and offer advice.

Cons

There could be more apps but I hope these are developed in the future

It's easy to add and change content. It's perfect for our needs and helps keep employes informed in a timely and eye-cathing fashion.

Cons

Not really a con, but since I'm physically separated from the screens I manage, when there's an outage, I don't know right away. Also have lingered outages on one of the four screens regularly.

Helps us display our menu and specials all the time in an easy to access location for all our guests. The ability to always be promoting and engaging our guests is a plus as well. It has cut down time taking orders and increased guest interaction, satisfaction and retention.

Pros

The ease of use and flexibility is what first sold me.

Cons

I wish some of the features had a random setting so it's less of a loop. On the images and the youtube would be great. We post our menu, specials and funny videos so having them be more random would def help the guests not feel like they;re watching a loop.

Sometimes on a scheduled reboot an error still appears on the screen that Enplug stopped working

Pros

Ease of use, clean and easily navigable UI - I likey

Cons

Options in certain apps are not as robust like Simple Sign - I'd like to see it more flexible with using different fonts and font color as well as transitioning background pictures . I know "Simple" is appropriate for it would be great to have another app that gives this flexibility

I love that I can make changes within seconds. Since I work with a system that has multiple locations it saves me a ton of time!

Scheduling Corporate communication has become much easier than what we experienced with the Haivision product we replaced with Enplugs. The Enplugs have been warmly welcomed and because its such and easy system to use, we were able to extend the creating and posting of content to multiple people instead of just one or two people.

Pros

The support documents online and the onscreen instructions right out of the box make setting up your Enplug device a breeze! Within a few minutes you can have the Enplug online and connected to your network. Adding a display from the admin account is simple and instructions are onscreen to guide you through the process.

Cons

There is not a lot of API support from what I've seen on the website. Trying to get custom internal reporting seems very complicated for a large Enterprise with strict security rules.

We love it!

Pros

It is very very easy for users/staff of all technical competencies to utilize and edit with Enplug. It has made our campus communications quicker to update and keep accurate as well as streamline the formats and presentation. Highly recommend using the product. we have outfitted 2 of our buildings with it and plan to expand to another campus center this year.

Cons

The only con we have is that all of our marketing materials need to be formatted to fit the horizontal screens but this is partly our fault because of how we utilize Enplug on our screens.

I believe its overall pretty awesome product and features.

Pros

I love the features this has to where I can assign our client to a certain display so that they can program the screen as they wish themselves. I also love the feature to where you dont have to have the image perfectly sized. This is huge. The Enplug device automatically fits the image to the screen with bleeds so that it still looks professional and the image not being out of proportion. It also has tons of social media options and features. And I love the feature where you are able to change the duration of multiple Graphics at the same time. This is very important as we always have tons of graphics.

Cons

The only thing I wish we could adjust is the duration a social media Call To Action is being displayed on the screen or in that sense, all the social media post. Need to be able to set duration ourselves on this as well.

It serves Hallmark Labs purpose perfectly. We needed a way to post updates and communication across our offices, while still being able to keep things customized and fun.

Cons

The software drops from wifi often, and it is probably the hardest thing ever to try to use the remote control when you're getting connected.
