Pros
- I absolutely love this program and I personally use it to maintain my social media presence. It is awesome to set a schedule of posting and you can share with a team if you need to.
- The UI is good, Seeing all your social media status and replying to the comments you received on one platform is an amazing feature this is the reason I still use this.
Cons
- It doesn't have many features that aren't included in a given social media platform's native scheduling app, and in many cases it's actively worse due to a lack of proper licensure.
- I don't like when you are switching back and forth from planner to content you loose your spot in the planner and have to search for the day you were on.
Pros
- I like InsideView as it very easy to use and you have the access to all the updated news about a company. We mostly use it for competitive analysis and for our marketing programs.
- Integration into Salesforce is my favorite feature. It allows us to very quickly sync company and contact information.
Cons
- The family tree does not automatically scan your database to find accounts that you currently have. We've also seen difficultly in updating the Fiscal Year End month in Salesforce.
- The LinkedIn feature used to show if the person has a LinkedIn profile, but only if the person was in their system prior does it now show. I guess they lost their integration or something.
