The best thing about this software is having one place for all of your documents, and an easy way to track who has read them.

The customer service has been outstanding. If you need an easy-to-use, practical and customizable electronic document management system at a great value, I highly recommend this product.

Medialab Inc. is a robust and easy to implement product that helps immensely with compliance and competency. It has become an invaluable tool in the labs I have managed.

I like that it is a good system for the price and aids in regulatory requirements for doc control.

Easy of use, robust, inexpensive, customer support is top notch. So many features have been added over the years at the request of the customer to make functionality even better.

The help menu on the side of the screen also helps a great deal. So easy to navigate we did not have to train staff.

Customer Service is responsive and helpful whenever you have a question or realize you may have set permissions or workflows up incorrectly.

It's easy to build new questions. I like the format and ease of adding remediation and feedback.

The font is very small on my computer and I have problems choosing a manual or document at times.

Having to remember to assign groups, peer reviewers, admins, lab directors, for each manual. It's easy to miss a part that leads to problems.

Initial document entry and conversion from paper to electronic formats was a bit painful, though I expect unavoidable.

The ability to share documents throughout the lab is useful. It is also a benefit to keep common documents (ie., meeting minutes for lab review).

This makes preparation for our College of American Pathologist inspections a snap. Customer support is outstanding, with almost instantaneous responses to my questions.

It's great that we can answer all the checklist questions, link sops and supporting documents. Also it's great that we can upload the answer to previous inspections.

I dislike the clunkiness of the software, it can be cumbersome to move procedures around manuals, its difficult to remove from one manual and place in another.

I love the fact that it is great to keep track of all orders, reordering, and sometimes you can get a discount if you order from them.

Abilities for specific inventories are nice, user friendly, customer service is great for all inquiries.

It also has a feature to suggest vendors for products if you don't know where to buy from and will  give you the best prices from vendors.

The search process is sometimes difficult if you aren't in the right section. The link to the products' page is sometimes not working.

Has been instrumental in streamlining the organization of the lab. Has been an outstanding instrument to bring the team together.

The most frustrating part of using Quartzy is the limited and clunky reporting.

Just want some more items to be in the store, and be able to change the shipping speed. Other than that, it's perfect.

The only complaint I have at this time is that the access/supply chain tabs are fixed.

I usually have to use this when I am in lab and I have to add requests while I see things missing while working.

Having a request section and an inventory section that allows a seamless transition of what you ordered to putting it into inventory is amazing.

Lots of functions are great, like being able to attach quotes and POs, documenting expiry dates, etc. Also, the customer service has also been great with very rapid responses.

The ease of use is amazing and there is quite a bit of flexibility in its use.

It's much better than an excel sheet and multiple people can be in the system at once. I like the history feature and easily adding items from receipt into inventory.

I love how this easily keeps my different accounts organized. Helps me with budget and allow my students to help.
