I love the fact that it is great to keep track of all orders, reordering, and sometimes you can get a discount if you order from them.

Abilities for specific inventories are nice, user friendly, customer service is great for all inquiries.

It also has a feature to suggest vendors for products if you don't know where to buy from and will  give you the best prices from vendors.

The search process is sometimes difficult if you aren't in the right section. The link to the products' page is sometimes not working.

Has been instrumental in streamlining the organization of the lab. Has been an outstanding instrument to bring the team together.

The most frustrating part of using Quartzy is the limited and clunky reporting.

Just want some more items to be in the store, and be able to change the shipping speed. Other than that, it's perfect.

The only complaint I have at this time is that the access/supply chain tabs are fixed.

I usually have to use this when I am in lab and I have to add requests while I see things missing while working.

Having a request section and an inventory section that allows a seamless transition of what you ordered to putting it into inventory is amazing.

Lots of functions are great, like being able to attach quotes and POs, documenting expiry dates, etc. Also, the customer service has also been great with very rapid responses.

The ease of use is amazing and there is quite a bit of flexibility in its use.

It's much better than an excel sheet and multiple people can be in the system at once. I like the history feature and easily adding items from receipt into inventory.

The customer service we receive has been great. The product has been reliable and consistent over my 10 years using it.

Once the product is setup correctly, it flows very well from finding history to faxing reports. Customer service was great with helping us figure out the initial fixes after our upgrade.

The major benefits of this are when there are a set amount of samples, but a large number of people, then the progress can be kept track of while also keeping scheduling more flexible.

The label-making function was a bit hard to learn, and for a while, it all fell onto one person to coordinate the initial labeling of the inventory.

Incredibly dated, hard to learn and navigate, multiple errors, difficult to sync up with more modern programs and software.

There is no saying they can't do something. They make the system work for you not you working for the system.

A big plus is knowing some of the upcoming features that will be available in the coming months - Psyche is still growing and improving.

In addition, Micropath is easily interfaced with traditional middleware to susceptibility instruments. The mapping is quite simple and their technical support is responsive.

I feel the software is a little outdated and difficult to pull information from at times.

Had a great experience with a trainer that came out to show me more about their system which helps me more easily troubleshoot issues as well as assist in report template building.

Not easy to remanded it after you make a mistake or typo.

We do not have the latest update so I feel as though it is unfair to place judgement.
