A company or product is only as strong as the people behind it. That is what separates Abbadox from other companies we've worked with. It's easy to make promises while trying to sell a product but there are very few companies who actually stand behind their words and fulfill those promises. Abbadox has been a true partner with us in improving our workflow and helping us to serve our patients and Medical Providers.
PROSThe product itself is sleek, robust and easy to learn and use. We've been able to integrate it seamlessly with our PACS and other business critical functions. The product is also continuously improving and evolving to stay relevant and on the leading edge.
CONSAny negatives that have come up have been addressed quickly and efficiently

My AbbaDox Experience
overall a good program

An amazing company with an outstanding software solution
Abbadox has been an amazing system to date. We replaced an outdated RIS and it's amazing to have so many new features available to our staff, patients and referring physicians.
PROSTheir software is feature rich. The integration was smooth and their team took their time to really understand our unique workflows so they could customize their system to meet our daily needs. After go-live, they're still working with our staff on an almost daily basis to ensure we're running at peak efficiency. If we should uncover an issue, they're amazingly fast on resolving it. Out of all our numerous vendors, I have to rate Abbadox as #1 because of their speed, and more importantly, their customer service.
CONSTo be honest, I can't think of any cons....the only con that comes to mind is that we didn't get their system sooner.
Reason for choosing AbbaDox
Abbadox had some great features available, but so did some of the other vendors. One of my deciding factors, Abbadox was one of only 2 vendors that actually came in, performed a workflow analysis and really understood our centers unique workflows. Most vendors just gave us the typical "yes, we can do it" responses but didn't really understand what we needed them to do for us.

The software was old and lacking many features.
