Pros
- The FollowMyHealth software is easy to use & has common sense terminology that help end users understand what they are looking at & find what they are looking for.
- It is super convenient when questions come up and the office is closed, as you can email your questions and get an answer when the office opens.
Cons
- She blamed me and accused me of not being on the correct website. I told her there was a new record added but I didn't see where it was flagged.
- There appears to be a fatal flaw on how data gets updated (or not).
Pros
- We have been on ChiroTouch since 2007 I think. I find it to be the perfect fit for our office.
- I love the insurance verification aspect when it's working properly and many of the other features like integration with merchant services, billing, etc. Chat widget is (mostly) great.
Cons
- This is the worse software for updates. The updates half the time don't relate to a small clinic but a clinic that mainly does PT.
- I had a staff member receive a death threat (not kidding) and their entire support team was supposedly fired. Updates are sure to cause problems.
