The support team have always been courteous and professional. I am happy that AdvancedMD was chosen and it has proven to be a wonderful system for both practice management and EHR.

It was a good product, easy to use and I wish we would have had a chance to use it for more than just PM/billing. Several colleagues have in their offices and like it.

The tutorial software is educational and helpful.

AdvancedMD came out on the top due to the ability to customize documents for the chart and also text documents.

Once your actually trained the product is great.

Understand what it will and won't do before you make a decision. We were unaware that we would have to have reports built...at a cost.

AdvancedMD has been a pleasure to work with, from the user friendly system to the great staff helping. It is a quick way to bill daily, and get your return cash/checks back in a timely manner.

Overall, AdvancedMD provides everything you need in an integrated software package. The data analytic tools are great and highly recommended given the changing climate of medical practice.

Occasionally we will get a decent support person but overall this isn't really a very functional EHR and it does NOT work for Mac users no matter what their advertising says.

We have been very pleased with AdvancedMD. The support contacts are easily accessible and provide assistance until the issue is resolved.

The dashboard was a bit difficult to navigate at first, but now I have the hang of it.

Some of the errors the claim checker finds do not seem tailored to ophthalmology (my field). Not a very intuitive interface and lots of features are hard to find.

Larger issues have been somewhat difficult to get answers from customer service.

I can't say that I love AdvancedBilling. For how much it costs I feel like the interface needs to be easier and my questions should be answered by customer service much faster.

Much needed upgrades are nice and software overall user friendly.

As we try to transition to a more paperless and integrated future there are some missing features.

Does a good job of scrubbing claims before submission to check for errors. Has a robust number of features and reports.

I liked that you could evenly distribute money over multiple dates of service.

Difficult sometimes to get into the portal. The patient has to have the exact name, email, and date of birth as the EHE system has.

Customer service can help answer routine questions fairly quickly.

Even in instances where something was already taught they took care of covering the information quickly and effectively.

I absolutely love using this software for medical billing.
