After months of silence, they sent a lawyer after us to attempt to get 6 figures out of us just to leave the company.

The buy in from our therapists was very slow and their use of the system was sporadic. In addition, for our smaller practice CareCloud's cost was a difficult adjustment.

ITS VERY HELPFUL AND ACCURATE GIVES ME ALL THE INFO ON MY INQUIRIES.

Initially, using the software was difficult because it was the first time we were exposed to electronic records and charts.

It's challenging to understand the simple charges, payments & insurance payments in the financials section.

I have read many of the reviews and wonder what experience these writers have had with EHR systems. My experience has been very positive from ease of use to cost.

At times it takes too long to get a response regarding problems or quick fixes.

It is most user friendly system I have worked with in over 30 years. The notes module and reporting are awesome.

On occasion, it can be difficult to get a quick response for a technical problem.

Some of the other companies have schedules that are more difficult to view, don't integrate labs, and have restrictions on e-prescribing.

The customer support is very good and very helpful. Overall, we are very satisfied with Care Cloud.

They came in toting being the easiest to use cloud platform on the market with robust reporting. It falls flat in every single category.

Ease of use and how much can be easily tailored to your own preferences. Especially like the app where I feel I can always have access to information I need.

Its a great application for making appointments and managing the flow of the office.

Customer service is very knowledgeable. You feel like they truly care about their work.

They do not hold their end of the contact they force you to sign and since being with them we've lost massive amounts of revenue.

They make you believe that it is the best software but there is nothing in it that she would like.

We have used Care Cloud since 2010 and a lot of improvements since then. My staff and I have loved to use this system since day 1.

They are going through some sort of update... patient messages stop working everyday for a while. Their eng team does not see the severity of this.

I like the billing integration with the EMR side.

They are rude, never return calls or emails, close cases with out fixing the issue.

Too many steps to to things in the chart. Referral piece was very poor.

Horrible I cant wait to get away from this company.

We purchased this system about 5 years ago and were very happy with it's performance. Over the last 3 months, however everything changed.

Some ‘glitches’ occur and the support team is quick to get on it but at times dependency on software can be scary when it isn’t working. Suppose this is the case with tech in general.

Overall great for group practice in mental health.

Price was very attractive and ability to control our own billing.

Friendly representives, and easy to use. Staff is able to learn pretty quickly.

This is the worse software for updates. The updates half the time don't relate to a small clinic but a clinic that mainly does PT.

We have been on ChiroTouch since 2007 I think. I find it to be the perfect fit for our office.

We have recommended this software to other chiropractors and will continue to do so. Very happy with the logistics of the software and ease of use.

I had a staff member receive a death threat (not kidding) and their entire support team was supposedly fired. Updates are sure to cause problems.

Overall a wonderful product that is always trying to improve and makes the entire office run more efficient and reliable.

I tried hard to make it work because I wanted to use this so badly, but I bailed after 14 months.

I love the insurance verification aspect when it's working properly and many of the other features like integration with merchant services, billing, etc. Chat widget is (mostly) great.

ERA's inaccurate, allocating of money makes patient balance hard to read, 20 step maneuver if there was an error, reports ridiculous to navigate. A total waste of 5 months that we used it.

Scheduling patients is easy with this software. Very user friendly and easy to train new employees on.

I like how easy it is to use. As a biller, I love the ease of importing EOB's, disputing claims & reports.

They are quick to resolve issues when you go through the chat but I feel like I’m going on to resolve issues about once a Month.

Poor customer service, confusion software, expensive, and ever updating and increased cost due to this.

Customer services can be long hold times both on the phone and with the Chat. Help is always good and complete.

The features that this software has like appointments and inventory really amaze me. Great for doing check in, with the ipad features.

Over priced, and difficult to cancel services, was billed 10 consecutive months for a product i cancelled.

It has been difficult updating my credit card information to pay for the services used. Overall Chirotouch customer service is becoming worse and worse.

They will Nickel and Dime you to death with all the add ons.

They seem to forget when they have a system that fails to function (which has become a consistent issue lately),  that user's office's stop being functional as everything is software driven.

It is very comprehensive and easy to use. If we have questions costumer service is super helpful.

Anytime we had a problem it would require over an hour to get through to their customer service line and then many times you would just time out.

We like the care package options for services and new the option for integrated credit card system, OpenEdge.

I like the ease of the program, I feel it is very user friendly and easily you can teach yourself how to navigate through it.

I give it overall average grade of a C. One of the strengths of chirotouch is that is owned by a large well invested company that want be going out of business anytime soon.

We were moving from an EHR that was not working well for the clinic.

My overall experience with CT has been great. I love the software and recommend it all the time to my colleagues.

This is good software for a chiropractic clinic. It was quite easy to set up multiple service providers, and the options for the reminders was great.

Too many features make navigating confusing and causes errors. Slows production- too many clicks to get job done.

We have had a good experience with Chiro Touch. Like the fact that they are always trying to improve their product.

Overall we wouldn't use any other software for our practice. Flow is very important for a 2 person practice seeing 40 patients per day, and this makes everything move beautifully.

I like that it is fairly easy to use. There are great reports that can be pulled for practice analytics.

The whole system is seamlessly integrated from online apt requests, auto population of paperwork, self check-ins, billing, it really is outstanding compared to all other chiro software I work with.

Does not work well for integrated (DC, MD, PT) offices. Missing vital billing functions (more than 1 copay).

I love the ease of billing and posting claims between CT and Trizetto. If you have CT, there should be no reason to hire billing staff; which saves a ton of money.
