I like the amount of features chiro quick charts complete system offers. Everything is integrated together and I do have to pay extra for text reminders or email reminders.

We have been pleased with the ability of this program to adapt to our specific office needs.

It's a great money saver if you do billing in office. The link between the note taking and the practice management is seamless.

They seem to be VERY committed to making their program the best around. At the price, I don't think it can be beat.

That the same passcode is used for QC and PM. In billing you want no one else to have the passcode but with QC the Dr.s and pt must have it.

I was particularly looking for a program that contained all the components necessary for solid documentation. It is very user friendly, easy to customize and the learning curve was fast.

However, I also realize that programming changes, etc. can take time to complete. Initially, training videos were poor.

He has been great about helping me customize the program to my office's need. The notes that are produced are thorough, and easy to read.

It is essential to be sure all workstations are running on the same version. If not, this can cause problems, slowing productivity.

Overall good, I would like to take the time to look at it more.

Don't go for the lowest price go for the best value for the dollar that satisfactorily integrates with their practice. I choose Chiro Quick Charts because it was the best value for my practice.

I love the fact that Quick Charts is now government certified. I also like the fact that their Tech Support is very helpful and American.

I purchased the system out right and I don’t currently hold a support contract because it is pretty pricey and I don’t need support enough to make it worth it.

Easy setup and training. Navigating the software is easy and most times, I am able to change the settings myself.

The best is the service. Has been slow once or so, but on the whole, very good.

Looking at the billing (PM) side of the software was difficult at first.

I love that we can personalize so much of the software to fit how we might say or document certain things wheter in an exam or daily note. The customer support is top notch.

Their customer service was awful. I canceled with them because I found a better system and they refused a refund.

It seems to be something that they do not actively work on, which seems crazy to me.

I like the fact that it easy to connect to Facebook and Instagram. But the customization was wonderful as well to use.

With the restrictions lifting we are now allowed to do private parties at a reduced capacity. I needed a booking software that was easy to use and at a good price.

If you encounter issue in payment stage during a booking,  no entry point  for customer to get back to their unpay booking within system, you must work it out offline.

Sometimes clients don't read the reminder email properly which says it's from a no reply address; and reply to it to cancel appointments.

A few things have been really frustrating for me. There is no option to select that they have paid a deposit in person, only online payments.

Support was great, all questions were answered effectively and promptly.

If you get happier by the hour during testing because it meets almost all your wishes and you see parts you didn't know but still are fantastic then you have the WOW.

I love the fact that there is a video guide to help guide you through every single portion of setting up the site. It is easy to use and I love it so far.
