  • Pros

  • We have been on ChiroTouch since 2007 I think. I find it to be the perfect fit for our office.
  • I love the insurance verification aspect when it's working properly and many of the other features like integration with merchant services, billing, etc. Chat widget is (mostly) great.
  • Cons

  • This is the worse software for updates. The updates half the time don't relate to a small clinic but a clinic that mainly does PT.
  • I had a staff member receive a death threat (not kidding) and their entire support team was supposedly fired. Updates are sure to cause problems.

  • Tech support is fast to respond. We like the ability to customize our exams to suit our needs.
  • Patient scheduling was good, but they seem to make it worse with updates. Spectacle POS better than original set-up.
  • Cons

  • Overall, my biggest complaint with Compulink is that the salesperson lied to me repeatedly. I asked specific questions and was given answers that were 180 degrees different than than the truth.
  • Poor integration with DICOM devices and systems.
