Friendly representives, and easy to use. Staff is able to learn pretty quickly.

This is the worse software for updates. The updates half the time don't relate to a small clinic but a clinic that mainly does PT.

We have been on ChiroTouch since 2007 I think. I find it to be the perfect fit for our office.

We have recommended this software to other chiropractors and will continue to do so. Very happy with the logistics of the software and ease of use.

I had a staff member receive a death threat (not kidding) and their entire support team was supposedly fired. Updates are sure to cause problems.

Overall a wonderful product that is always trying to improve and makes the entire office run more efficient and reliable.

I tried hard to make it work because I wanted to use this so badly, but I bailed after 14 months.

I love the insurance verification aspect when it's working properly and many of the other features like integration with merchant services, billing, etc. Chat widget is (mostly) great.

ERA's inaccurate, allocating of money makes patient balance hard to read, 20 step maneuver if there was an error, reports ridiculous to navigate. A total waste of 5 months that we used it.

I really enjoy the robust features and numerous integrations that ChiroTouch offers.

Scheduling patients is easy with this software. Very user friendly and easy to train new employees on.

I like how easy it is to use. As a biller, I love the ease of importing EOB's, disputing claims & reports.

They are quick to resolve issues when you go through the chat but I feel like I’m going on to resolve issues about once a Month.

Poor customer service, confusion software, expensive, and ever updating and increased cost due to this.

Customer services can be long hold times both on the phone and with the Chat. Help is always good and complete.

The features that this software has like appointments and inventory really amaze me. Great for doing check in, with the ipad features.

Over priced, and difficult to cancel services, was billed 10 consecutive months for a product i cancelled.

It has been difficult updating my credit card information to pay for the services used. Overall Chirotouch customer service is becoming worse and worse.

They will Nickel and Dime you to death with all the add ons.

They seem to forget when they have a system that fails to function (which has become a consistent issue lately),  that user's office's stop being functional as everything is software driven.

It is very comprehensive and easy to use. If we have questions costumer service is super helpful.

Anytime we had a problem it would require over an hour to get through to their customer service line and then many times you would just time out.

We like the care package options for services and new the option for integrated credit card system, OpenEdge.

I like the ease of the program, I feel it is very user friendly and easily you can teach yourself how to navigate through it.

I give it overall average grade of a C. One of the strengths of chirotouch is that is owned by a large well invested company that want be going out of business anytime soon.

This is good software for a chiropractic clinic. It was quite easy to set up multiple service providers, and the options for the reminders was great.

Too many features make navigating confusing and causes errors. Slows production- too many clicks to get job done.

We have had a good experience with Chiro Touch. Like the fact that they are always trying to improve their product.

Overall we wouldn't use any other software for our practice. Flow is very important for a 2 person practice seeing 40 patients per day, and this makes everything move beautifully.

I like that it is fairly easy to use. There are great reports that can be pulled for practice analytics.

The whole system is seamlessly integrated from online apt requests, auto population of paperwork, self check-ins, billing, it really is outstanding compared to all other chiro software I work with.

Does not work well for integrated (DC, MD, PT) offices. Missing vital billing functions (more than 1 copay).

I love the ease of billing and posting claims between CT and Trizetto. If you have CT, there should be no reason to hire billing staff; which saves a ton of money.

It integrates for seamless communication for hospital services, with all chart aspects easily viewable without a few clicks once the patient's chart is opened.

Great product overall and get compliments that it's better than some othe EHR competitors.

Never any customer support. For example in my facility.

Used this EHR in medium sized hospital for rounding and care of orthopedic patients. Mostly was good at allowing access to information both within and outside of the hospital.

It is extremely troubling and in our litigious society I am not sure how they justify the lack of descriptors.

I was an end-user at the Client Server hospital so I don't have the same level of knowledge of the IT side. Customer support seemed fair at both locations.

Buy EPIC instead of Meditech if you want advanced features, high-design GUI, smooth integration of transcribed documents and the ability to have the software tailored to meet specific needs.

The orders are by far the least intuitive I've worked with (allergy warnings do not pop up when medications are entered, etc). This system is so archaic it is dangerous.

We were forced to use the system in my department, but some staff Dr's refused to use it. I used this software at 2 different hospitals and both were bad.

I have worked with numerous other EHR's and Meditech is by far the worst.

It seems to have a web interactive feel, and is somewhat user friendly. Customer service is helpful.

Sometimes, when charted on wrong patient by mistake it is impossible to correct that.

Meditech easily allows for better communication between providers to improve patient care and allow for decreased lengths of hospital stays over all.

Inability to produce a professional looking medical document (jumbled mess with no ability to format or set margins easily).

Important and favorite feature of Meditech is all the medical records are readily available.

Meditech Magic is easier to build onsite and report options are good; Client Server is more user friendly and visually appealing.

I believe it is customisable and may be good for smaller hospitals. The company trained the hospital staff.

Good consistency and simple to use. Easy customization to meet the needs of individual companies to improve efficiency.

It is very frustrating to have to use the arrow keys only for navigation, if you mistakenly hit the wrong key you have to start all over again.
