I don’t have to have computers in every room. The program is easy to use, customizable and when I need help it’s quick.

We are just finishing the contract but we will not renew. This is very difficult to use and it’s very useless for medical spa.

It's easy to use, easy to upload information, easy to find things again. Especially like things like flags, and the ability to easily see things like insurance cards.

Unintuitive, clunky, unreliable. On the bright side, DrChrono has a lot of potential to do a lot of things that it doesn't realize due to poor customer service, bugs, and very poor user experience.

The best SOAP notes I have ever used from Millennium (2 versions), Clinic Sense, MassageBook, Vagaro & Mind Body. Dr. Chrono is a land slide winner.

There is downtime that slows or stops practice up to 15 minutes every 3-12 weeks, which is awful. Support  is not readily available as it used to be.

When we initially became a user we loved the customization of the software.

Over the last seven years, I've seen a progressive improvement to an already excellent software platform and have considered myself lucky for starting with DrChrono from the beginning.

Occasional outages, worsening performance in the live claims feed for billing, and schedule performance issues recently.

Comprehensive integrated system, allows for efficient patient care. Software support is generally good and responsive.

Once my subscription expired they locked me out of the entire system. There was no way to look up any record that I had written.

Well initially the sales team was responsive, quick, helpful. They quickly got us in for a demo.

Excellent help desk when needed which is rare. Excellent electronic prescription iPad integration with the electronic record.

Each page provides a great deal of information. It's worth investing the time to learn how to make the most of the software.

Everything is an add on with extra expense. Customer service is beyond terrible.

Jotform is very easy to use, design your form, share the link and process the results. The most amazing is to format the answers in PDF.

The only problem I have with this program is that uploading images into the document for submission is not always smooth.

When I was stuck at work with a database that was just terrible, I instead got jotform.

JotForm is easy to use and  has a beautiful dashboard to help  you track your form's performance.

I do not remember having anything I disliked about this software.

We had an issue with tracking Facebook conversions with JotForm, but I cannot think of any other dislikes.

Very good product, very interesting for a non-profit organization like ours. Easy to use, most of the problems are solved by helpdesk.

Found it to be quite fast to use and reliable. Not sure it's the best solution in market but was easy enough for the couple projects I used Jotform for.

I am very happy with the few forms we have gotten to share with our parish or parishioners.

What I really liked the most about JotForm was how easy it was to build a form. The interface was user friendly.

It can integrate in many other platforms like WordPress. One of the best part of JotForm is it allow me to completely customized the form according to my theme.
