I enjoy using ecw because it’s user friendly. I love how I can send text messages to my patients.

It is fairly inexpensive in comparison to other EMR programs. It provides good enough functionality for a medical practice.

We are dealing with patients, our office’s staff and our patients are suffering because irresponsible customer service and ignorant managers from Eclinical.

Overall a great EHR system. Would recommend and will continue to use.

This software  is super easy to use, and very convenient.

This feature has helped tremendously with meeting Clinical Integration (CI) measures. It has also helped streamline patient check in and collecting outstanding balances.

Since we bought this software, whenever there is problems  first you have to creat the ticket and someone calls you whenever they want. Always system is disaster after update.

It is not the easiest interface to work with. Lots of options brings lots of buttons and it gets a little confusing.

Glitchy and lost documentation on several occasions requiring re-entering. RX Printing did not work right the entire time we had them (2 years).

People for Eclinical  keep ignoring the issue and they cannot figure it out the problem and they start blaming your computer.I brought 3 different IT and all said problem is with ECLINICAL.

Our business is mostly capitation based with a little fee for service, which makes us unique. It was a little difficult in getting up and running for the back end business office.

Sends out the wrong prescription - called support and was told that this is a kink in the system - this is a VERY DANGEROUS kink.

They've stayed adaptable to changing interoperability environment. The clinician for very competitive costs can garnish high access to medical home model and progressive kiosk and outreach modalities.

Support is terrible with different advice given for the same problem depending on support person.

How convenient and easy the program  is to to use I also liked at the shortcuts fir details for the dr.

They threaten to cut off clinical support. This was the biggest mistake of my life.

They try to bully the physicians and as it affects patient care, we are helpless and they do unethical way to extract money.

My overall 3 years of experience with Elicnical is that is a great way to track all things for patients in one secure place.

I like that you can create treatment plan templates that are accessible with a keyword. You can easily copy forward your last clinical note.

I like eCW better than EMR systems I’ve worked with, and I like how it’s easy to learn. Each provider has customized it to how they like it, and it has made it easy to switch from other systems.

The database structure is horrible and makes what should be easy reporting very difficult.

EClinical works is a great EMR if youre looking for simplicity with no frills. It is definitely easy to access from home and gets the job done.

I love the layout, the cost is astronomical, but the payoff for simplicity is even higher.

This software allows medical professionals to easily track and access patient's charts. They have made multiple improvements since first being launched that have aided in the ease of this software.

The worst is that its constancy crashing , updating or just not working at all.

It can be difficult to change an order and often I will need to cancel an order and replace it. It's difficult to view scanned media as it will close when you try to compare it to charted data.

It was always a inconvenient time but I think that was the IT department's choice, not the actual software's choice; for this review anyways.

The reports are difficult and repetitive. You constantly have to re enter the information you are searching for, and in terms of anticipated user results there is none of that.

Some seem to be missing sometimes on the app when compared to on the computer. You also can only see the more recent notes, not the older notes.

Prescribing is a breeze and the tech support is excellent.

This has become the new integrated software to combine my health care providers through a creative, detailed and fast network of patient portal communication.

If cost is not an issue, I would highly recommend it.

This is the leading EMR for a reason. Has all the features you need, and an attractive interface.

It's a great program to keep all the medical information of patients, with good learning sources provided for users to be able to use it.

I like how Epic has a full suite of good software for healthcare organizations. I would say most Epic tools are good and are not too complicated.

Excellent program with tons of options. A little cumbersome with stuff you are unfamiliar with (learning curve) but overall great program.

What I really like about EPIC is truly how popular it has become and the way it has become a standardized part of healthcare.

Navigation of consult lists is a very intuitive and user friendly part of the tool. I also like the flow sheets have the ability to be linked to selected notes.

Ability to integrate a great number of areas of the electronic medical record - laboratory, diagnostics, pharmacy, etc.

It is easy to use, once you get the appropriate training and practice. I like that is a great investigative tool to search for timelines in the past.

When they update and change everything around and you're lost for a while.

After notifying IT it takes a few days for the features to get back up and running, but it is inconvenient to have to find work arounds for the time.

Epic was one of the best softwares I've used to integrate all electronic medical records. Would definitely recommend this software to new users.

Overall, EPIC has been great. A few crashes here and there but nothing that was not acknowledged or resolved.
