Love it!

Euclid improves your collections

Amazing product. We couldn't ask for more.

PROS

Very easy to use. Software is very transparent-Not one of those black box software systems. We started getting paid by several insurances in as little as 3 to 5 days. Our collection improved by 25%. Can't be beat!!!!

CONS

This software is perfect for our needs.

Overall we are pleased with the product and service

PROS

Integration was a breeze, support staff is very patient and overall the program is very user friendly.

CONS

The permission structure needs to be more fine tuned, i.e. too many functions within one area. While reports are good, you may have to request custom reports to your practice.

Great software for a Full Revenue Cycle Solution

Euclid has allowed us to manage the entire revenue cycle by placing controls in place to manage our AR's from day one to follow up and ultimately a bad-debt write off. The revenue cycle management is in my opinion the MOST important aspect of a billing software. You need to be able to identify areas of revenue that are decreasing, manage your aging and bill with clean claims to run a practice successfully.

PROS

the ability to have a full revenue cycle solution from registration to billing and verification to write offs, patient statement production, creating of bad -debt classifications and managing the AR's

CONS

n/a. THe system is extremely user friendly and designed for everyone from low end user to high end user.

People make the difference

Overall a great product with solid support. Managing claims is now a breeze with solid visibility into our complete claims process.

PROS

The software is excellent, intuitive and easy to use. However it is the people/employees at Euclid that make the difference. Implementation was smooth and manageable. Their team worked with us to educate and assist us throughout the process. We were held closely throughout our first couple of months in order to ensure we were getting full use of the product and maximizing the benefits. Haven't had to use support very often but the 1 or 2 times we did Euclid responded immediately.

CONS

Not much to complain about here. I wish all software implementations went this smoothly.

So Glad That I Found Euclid

From my first call to Euclid, I was impressed by their customer service and compassion.

PROS

I am a billing company and customer service is my number one priority and attention to detail. Euclid has past my test in all aspects.

CONS

Time for intergration. Wish I would have switched a long time ago.

Great Medical Billing Software- Designed for Billing

My overall experience with Euclid has been very good, I would recommend over other products. If you're looking for a system that offers good billing management, look no further. Pricing is fair, the support team is wonderful, and they all work with you to make sure you're getting what you need.

PROS

I love the Dashboards, you can see at a glance the status of everything to do with claims, aging, payer, and provider productivity. The patient account viewing, and management is superb, you can see all visits and pad/unpaid status on the patient account, access the claim, EOBs, eligibility and more from each account. The system is very easy to use, the auto-payment posting is very nice and a huge time saver. The reporting capabilities are also A+ for managing AR.

CONS

Updating a claim is a little difficult but once you learn how, it's not so bad, just something to get used to. You have to "clone" the visit to make any claim updates, in doing so the old claim is voided and a new claim populates. Their service team is wonderful and helpful for anything you need, as well will record training sessions so you can look back on the how to.

Reason for choosing Euclid

The built-in automation, denial management, reports, dashboard, the fact that this system was built for billing. Cost was huge as a new business getting started and they didn't start charging me until I actually had my first client to bring on, they have very fair pricing options developed to work for your business structure.

Euclid_Strivant Review

The overall experience with Euclid has exceeded my expectations. The constant team effort, system support, guidance, system knowledge and professionalism are only a few words to describe what I have experienced working with Euclid. Euclid continues to want to improve their product to satisfy the needs of all of their clients.

PROS

The feature that is most impactful for our organization is the capability to build data in a parent data base and utilize it within the child accounts. The ease of turning functionality on or off for the different billing platforms was a big plus. Their payor database made it very easy to implement for all of our groups. The overall integration was a very smooth process. Euclid continually provided guidance, support, training and thorough system testing during our implementations. They also provided best practices to achieve the best results from the Euclid product.

CONS

There is not much that I can say that I least like about the Euclid product. I can only think of two things that come to mind: 1. Bundling of security permissions. 2. Audit Trail for dictionary entries. With that being said, Euclid has been more than accommodating in creating new permissions as needed and is always willing to make improvements that will be beneficial to all of their clients.

Love Euclid!

I have very few claim rejections and no issues with claims not being on file at the insurance companies. Everyone from Founders to Support are genuine and truly care about my business. Euclid is truly a great PM software.

PROS

Customer service and support is the best around. Pleasant, happy, willing to listen and help and very quick response time.

CONS

Claims are filed individually and I would like to see a change to submit the day's entries all at once.

Competitive Pricing with additional value.

Simple and friendly from a no-pressure buying experience and implementation to every-day use and of course, incredible customer service. The management is very receptive to additional features and modifications requested.

PROS

Ergonomic software design allows relevant data to be accessed with one to two clicks, very easy to enter claims, simple design allows easy drill down on claim details on the same page, detailed pre-programmed reports cover almost all data one would need for a management presentation.

CONS

I would love to see the coding automated so that we would have one seamless automated product from HL-7 data import from EMR, coding, claim generation and filing to posting payments.

Euclid Optimized our efficiency

Customer service is very good and quick to respond. The software is good and their development team is continually making additions and improvements. Customization specific to my needs is available.

PROS

Now that we are in an era of team members working from home, Euclid has made it possible for us to not skip a beat. We are a billing service with high volume and it has had 100% connectivity time.

CONS

We had a learning curve to address internally, and it took us a few months to realize what we didn’t know. Would have liked to of had an implementation specialist that watched us for the first 3 months and gave feedback before we were backlogged and production affected.

Changed from DOS-based system to Euclid

Overall have been happy with Euclid. Our team had used the same DOS-based software for 20+ years and had never set up a new system so there was a lot of issues in the beginning. Once I was hired and discovered where the issues stemmed from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] meet with me almost daily to help me reconfigure the system to meet our needs. Even now one team member who was very resistant to the change has said the system is easy to use.

PROS

It's easy to use and has been easy to set up/implement. The team at Euclid has been very responsive to our questions and is working customizing reports & other items we need.

CONS

Patient payments and insurance payments have to be entered in separate batches and most reports are similarly segregated to be patient only or insurance only reports. We like to see snapshot of all that information on one report broken out by patient vs insurance responsibility.

Reason for choosing Euclid

I was hired by the company after they had selected the new software so I do not know what other vendors were considered. I know cost, ease of use, and potential to import items was a factor in the owners' decision.

Reasons for switching to Euclid

Needed a more updated system and old system will stop being supported in the next year. Also want to streamline things in the office and are considering doing more importing of items in the future (ERA, charge capture, etc.).

Customer Service and Quick Results

PROS

The customer service was unparalleled. From the start-up training to implementation and customization the Euclid staff was responsive and efficient.

CONS

Change is always difficult but there were no major problems that could not be easily handled by our staff with help from the Euclid support staff.

Reasons for switching to Euclid

As our company was expanding, we needed to internalize our medical billing. Euclid was the most cost effective solution for our needs. We had previously outsourced our billing so we were looking for a product that was both cost effective and easy to manage. Euclid provided both.
