I have used other programs in the past and got no where with them.

The software has made the life and day to day unnecessary workload of a pediatrician by it's simple but effective services.

Access on multiple devices and platforms is so great and now they have added Teletherapy. Issues if any, have been minimal and always addressed promptly and courteously.

I'll be telling every clinician I know about fusion.

I highly recommend this program. They have gotten everything right from price, scheduling, documenting, report writing, personalizing,  and the sense of humor every time you log in.

There are help articles and tutorials for almost everything pertaining to the product, but customer care is still within reach.

I love the integrated clearinghouse and the ease of posting payments. Claims are processed instantly and sorted into accepted, rejected etc.

Fusion truly is a necessary tool in our office for both administration purposes and for our therapists and it is worth every penny.

There are five speech therapists in our company that use Fusion and we love it. We reviewed many documenting systems and have been very pleased with our decision to choose Fusion.

Also I find that my therapist come to me often with complaints that they can’t delete a document that was accidental because the appt was checked in.

Fusion is so easy to use.notes are good but not redundant and don't take forever to write. Customer service is amazing.

The support staff is outstanding. They are very professional and friendly and are there to answer any questions we may have no matter how small.

If there is something that is missing I cannot think of it.

Fusion has allowed all our therapists to save time documenting, especially on progress notes and evaluations.
