We have been very pleased with Greenway--Most pleased with customer service--Efficient and courteous.

It can also be built to each individuals users. This product can definitely help you become paperless if that is the goal.

The Chat help, ability to call in at any time for assistance, relationships developed with sales, support, and integration teams are all top notch with Greenway.

They are effectively the source of our business issues.

Reporting missing excel, missing automations, difficult to use and time consuming to maintain.

We are a small practice and have sunk too much into changing so now we feel trapped.

We watched the videos and still do not know how to properly bill. Complete and utter waste of money.

The canned reporting is severely limited. To make up for this Greenway sells an accompanying software called Practice Analytics.

Problem was they didn't really know how to use the system.

It was difficult at first, as I am sure with any new software, setting up the template for our providers. We had a difficult time with the EDI.

I dabble w/other systems because of the nature of our company. Intergy PM has a good layout and the tabs are grouped for efficient work flow.

Great customer support hardly any waiting time, issues are resolve in very little time, software is a joy to work with very complete and easy.

The ease of scheduling and changing schedule templates.

Our office has recently integrated Intergy with Phreesia and we love it. We have been provided special assistance with the Integration process and we love it.

I like that it verifies patients insurance and u can link guarantor accounts.

The Greenway system is very user friendly. When you need help and have to call the customer support center the technicians are very helpful and courteous.

Definitely worth the investment after the support team has been overhauled since Vitera took over.

There are some limitations with insurance posting and claims filing. The statements and reporting are often limited.

Base product is still pretty much the same and stable. Product flexibility is built in and has a great deal of options for meeting meaningful use.

Forget about getting your own records, there is no way to downlead client demographics or information.

New plan requires selecting by deadline OR they will hold all your clients information hostage and restrict all access to even their demographic information which is illegal and unethical.
