EMRs have much to do and KIPU does such a great job at it and that deserves recognition and praise.

The Whiley worksheets are also another benefit that help making healing easy and professional. I also like the customer service as they are very helpful.

As a EMR I’m not crazy about the lack of functionality.

They got it up and running on time and on budget. Our staff loves it compared to what we had before.

I highly recommend KIPU among all the rest. As a biller its the quickest, easiest and most efficient way to get everything I need.

I don't like it's cost model, it's lack of reporting custom fields in notes, and it's order sets/eMAR weren't too seamless.

KIPU delivers a very sophisticated offer of customizations that are easy to use for providers and their employees. The Training and Customer support are the best of all the systems I reviewed.

I have utilized 2 other EHRs and KIPU is my favorite, mainly due to customer service.

I know it may be a little more pricey than the others (i.e. best notes, Zen charts) but you truly get what you pay for.

Now when printing out the face sheet for a file the insurance information cuts off and no longer on the first sheet. It makes it less convenient as opposed to when it was available on one page.

I love the easy functionality of KIPU, I have used other EMR systems for facilities that our managed by our company and KIPU is by far the best. Kipu is worth the investment.

I find that the system can time out in the middle of sessions and the information that was added gets lost.

There are times when I want to be able to enter medication data that Kipu is not set up to do, such as offer two options for a dose depending on pain scales or other factors.

This is the best and most user friendly platform I have used in the healthcare industry. Its an excellent tool for client portal, client database, clinical notes, and medical record storage.

This is frustrating when the document is released and there is missing information on MR after it has been entered into the system.

But other than that keep you is amazing and the core functions are just really convenient.

My overall experience is actually pretty good. It was very easy to learn, especially when someone else had the knowledge that they could show me and it's easy to explain.

I haven't found anything recently to be bothersome.

Their customer service was awful. I canceled with them because I found a better system and they refused a refund.

It seems to be something that they do not actively work on, which seems crazy to me.

I like the fact that it easy to connect to Facebook and Instagram. But the customization was wonderful as well to use.

With the restrictions lifting we are now allowed to do private parties at a reduced capacity. I needed a booking software that was easy to use and at a good price.

Responsive, clear, friendly, Knowledgeable and live support has been quick.

If you encounter issue in payment stage during a booking,  no entry point  for customer to get back to their unpay booking within system, you must work it out offline.

It also connects with Instagram which is awesome. The free plan has many benefits and overall just very pleased with the service.

Not quite perfect but amazing customer support more than makes the difference.

Sometimes clients don't read the reminder email properly which says it's from a no reply address; and reply to it to cancel appointments.

A few things have been really frustrating for me. There is no option to select that they have paid a deposit in person, only online payments.

Support was great, all questions were answered effectively and promptly.

If you get happier by the hour during testing because it meets almost all your wishes and you see parts you didn't know but still are fantastic then you have the WOW.

I love the fact that there is a video guide to help guide you through every single portion of setting up the site. It is easy to use and I love it so far.

The design and the configuration are elaborated and easy to use. The helpdesk is reponsive, what a good thing when you begin.

The program is friendly and has options and functionalities superior to those of other platforms. The price is reasonable, if the need and frequency of use is high.
