Lightning Bolt

Lightning Bolt is a cloud-based scheduling solution designed for hospitals and healthcare practices of all sizes that helps them to schedule physicians’ shifts. Schedules are automatically generated, based on user-defined rules, through a process called "combinatorial optimization." Guided manual scheduling is also possible, by pre-scheduling or "pinning" a physician to a specific slot, or through adjustments to an existing schedule. Physicians can trade shifts from within Lightning Bolt. Depending on the user permissions, shift changes can be approved automatically or may require admin approval.
