EHR software for chiropractors.
Easy to use. They keep the software current with updates and improvements. Good service.
CONSMedicfusion needs to get billing integrated into their software. No other complaint.
Reason for choosing Medicfusion
At the time Chirotouch was not cloud based. For physician notes it took longer. They were more expensive.

Good amount of bang for your buck
One of the best chiropractic EHR's I have used so far.
PROSCustomizable, easy to use, fair pricing, cloud-based, provides patient portal so patient can retrieve records, scheduling and billing is streamlined.
CONSTraining took longer than anticipated, and customer service is less than desirable, customer service representatives sometimes don't call you back in a timely manner.

Lacking
Terrible communication with this company. There was a data breach recently and communication was terrible. I didn’t have access to my calendar/charts/records for one week and any appointments that were scheduled 3 days prior to the crash did not get saved once the server was back up. This lead to multiple double bookings over the next month. There was zero communication, sympathy or apologies from this company. As a user we still do not know what happened. It seems to have been just “brushed under the rug.” Customer service worsened once my company decided to leave medicfusion and utilize a different EHR. I have not had a response in over 2 months and have not been given my patient charts to upload into my new software. I have used this software for over 5 years. Very disappointing.
PROSOverall this product is fairly cheap and easy to learn.
CONSToo much clicking in the chart notes which does not make it feel smooth, very clunky
Reason for choosing Medicfusion
Price and I used this at a prior practice and knew how to use the software

Quality EHR
I liked how easy the software was to navigate but overall I had to switch software over price (what I was getting for the price I was paying.)
PROSEase of use for SOAP notes, as efficient billing module for cash practices.
CONSCost for set up and having to pay extra for clearing house for insurance purposes.

Cloud burst
Overall it was a very promising system. It was complicated and not intuitive to use, but it was comprehensive and complete.
PROSIt's very comprehensive and it's clear that there are very intelligent chiropractors who have put a lot into this design
CONSUnfortunately, within the first 6 months that we were with them five years ago they lost a month of patient SOAP notes in the cloud by not redundantly backing up data.
Reasons for switching to Medicfusion
Satori's [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] retired and he wasn't interested in creating an EHR option for his program.
