As a patient, not everyone has internet access. And some of the information on there can be confusing.

Worst is that it is inefficient. Also, that they will have a  feature we like and it will be broken with the next upgrade.

The lack of new features and the lack of complete integration between the EHR and the EPM, the lack of integration causes issues in development.

Difficulty to find needed information and navigating through charts, it’s just a confusing software.

Great features (if you can get them installed), good ease of use.

Overall, I love using this website for medical information and record updates. I love being able to schedule appointments for my kids and I, it makes it really easy.

Support team was very helpful on getting the software up and running. I love that this program is on the cloud and I can access it from anywhere and they information is stored in the cloud.

I dislike the fact that they don't have a bigger stack in the hospital industry of healthcare. I think this needs to change particularly with their api and interoperability stack.

Again this is so user friendly. I have found it easy to learn and navigate.

I did like the clear interface and the cost was reasonable. Easy log in and creating an account was simple.

I have had a wonderful experience with this software and it's auxiliary products. Even when things don't go as expected their customer support has been on top of it.

I was never formally trained on the software, but I found it very confusing to use.

Very slow response times on reported software issues. Poor responses -seems to be automated responses.

Also, you aren't reimbursed always with a new lead when the contact info isn't correct for the lead. That means a loss of money for the user.

Their commitment to customer success with new edge technologies has been a great shift and kept me as a customer.

I requested the record for 2 weeks and still have not received the record. I had missed the deadline, now probably in contempt of court.

As a daily basis user, I like it's function and future diagnostic features. Which helps me to improve my skills.

I love this software it helps me at work with helping  me take notes for the doctors. To be able to view patient medical and add if needed.

It’s certainly not the best. Cerner and epic are better.

It has all the essential functions. The customer support is great at times.

I would say that the worst part of this system is that when the internet is down, you really have no access.

Every EHR system has its pros and cons, but I believe Nextgen Office has a very good combination of ease of  use and overall cost.

This is a frustrating industry dealing with insurance companies.

All in all it's a pretty good system, it just needs some adjusting in the report options and a few other areas.

It is a comprehensive package in that it integrates the clinical side with the billing side. They do update on a regular basis.

I like that this is so user friendly. I find that it is easy to pick up and use fast.

Limited Customization & Difficult Corporate Team.

It is extremely user friendly and straightforward. One of my favorite features is how you can set access and abilities for each user and their specific role/responsibilities.

Additionally, training for the entire product is needed if not you will easily get lost. The price of a system is also up there so we warned.

Customer service was fantastic when this was Healthfusion.

At $100 and $10/a lead, with one bad lead, no reimbursement equates to 10.

Easy to use rapid billing of insurance claims to insurance companies for chiropractic patients receiving care in my clinic. Great customer support from NextGen for problem claims.

Sometimes it malfunctions and came up with errors. I think it should be reprogrammed with debugging.

I was unhappy with the product because it slowed me down and required so much excess minutia in button clicking and scrolling. Overall it is a very inconvenient software to use.

I loved the fact that there is a transgender option. It’s amazing and i haven’t seen another system that does.

I know I can rely on making a call and speaking with a down to earth, knowledgeable, support tech genius. Seriously, thanks to you all.

PN salespeople are dishonest even if you pointedly ask a about a specific capability or if there are any extra charges, etc.

In all its is very good deal for what you get. The customer service and tech support is a main reason we decided to go with it.

Ease of use and incorporation of previous paper records. Tech support and training is outstanding.

I think once a quarter a trainer should go through them with their accounts as when things change etc. things can get messed up.

The overall use for many practitioners in the office is great. Not having to move from one system to another to capture changes is a big plus.

Has been effective for more than 10 years. Relatively easy input and scheduling features are intuitive.

They are all so incredibly helpful, patient and pleasant to work with. I also really appreciate the quarterly software updates and that when I have feedback/suggestion it is taken seriously.

Appreciate that support team accepts recommendations to adding reports. Support staff has been very good since we have been using it (10+ years).

Glitchy online portal and some basic note templates has been frustrating.

While it is aesthetically very appealing over many options, it is just a disguise for how featureless it is. Unlike many EMRs that we took a look at, patientNOW has virtually no open API.

The software is difficult to use sometimes. We've added almost every new module they offer but it doesn't navigate that easily between sections.

The constant updates can be frustrating as there are times that updates do not go through completely and then you have the system that is not running at peak speeds.

PatientNow is great and allows us to manage our practice effectively. There are definitely things that we would  change about it especially from a reporting and scheduling standpoint.

When we integrated the PN merchant credit card processing, we have a few problems with card readers not working properly. It took several weeks to get the problems resolved.

I like how Patient Now bridges the gap between medical practice software and aesthetic treatments. It's user friendly and the addition of ramp and pulse has helped on the managerial side.

It is a great program with just a few minor inconveniences.

Overall, great software product at an excellent price. Customer support has been great too, so I would highly recommend this to others.

My experience with customer service was not very positive. They reps are not friendly and seem to be bother when we have a problem and call them.

This software has helped us to not lose patients through the cracks. It allows us to follow up with patients and the texting feature is amazing.

The communication is sometime slow or misleading. Cost more in operation then Server base.

I like the ease of document template use and writing encounter notes. I dont like its integration with MIRROR software as it is too slow.

Inability to produce more than one Service Type on an Invoice. Inability to acquire ALL data across the date and type ranges as needed.

I also am very very very (VERY) disappointed in the speed. I was told and I feel VERY MISLEAD about the speed of the product.

I think the ability to customize your MedSpa software is good. Dividing the revenue up to cost of product, commission to injector, and profit of the product/service is really important.

I worry about data security and having a non-functional office in the event of an internet failure.
