From the demo to the implementation process, dealing with Doc-tor.com's Picasso has been a pleasure. There is always a person to talk to; the support group is fantastic! Scanning is simple and easy. There are so many reports available on the system; there are a lot more than our old system. I love the Dragon voice integration, and the notes come out perfect every time! We would definitely recommend Doc-tor.com and Picasso. Cons: They do not provide hardware or networking, although they did refer us to some excellent options.
