We lost huge revenue because we did not have adequate training or because the designers and programmers didn't put enough emphasis on billing.

We were never able to use the fax inbox for both our locations; it only worked at one location, even after several attempts by the technician and costly IT expenses.

Also, technical support is very difficult; communication is not always clear, it can be confusing, and we do not always receive timely responses to our needs.

The nice thing is the customization, so if you know what you didn't like before, you can get this just where you want it. I'm impressed with the speed of the customization of forms, etc.

I would like to incorporate audiotaping into the program as an option since it will consume less time for users.

Easy to Navigate, ability to move freely from EMR to Billing Feature. I love the Tabular reports which help in troubleshooting when staff has problems, also customer service is great.

Once they give you to customer service ...forget it. They barely speak English.

I feel that this product is easy to understand and is easy to use. I have a fantastic trainer.

Patients are not getting their text/email reminders which affects appointment accountability (our numbers started to drop). EMR is really tailored to a medical office and not the behavioral health.

They charged out tens of thousands of bogus charges and collected 10. They charged me alot per month for this disaster.

It might not have as good qualities as this one but you can manage if they brings you  a timely supporting team and good training resources.

M trying to close my Plus account but nope, no one gets back to me and they’re still charging me. Absolutely disgusted and now cancelling my card so they can’t steal anymore of my money.

Great little booking tool. I switched when i wanted a paperless clinic.

Clients can book in easily and the book now buttons create opportunities for clients to see who’s available at any time day or night. I love all the features and the consultation helps a great deal.

Except on the website it says it’s included in the 2.29% plus $0.20 per transaction fees. M already very upset at the delay only to hear about these extra costs.

It is easy to use so far and even the free version a small business can use. And as i can understand the Fresha Plus is also cheap.
