Also, the reports show all clinicians and their pay, which I think is inappropriate. There needs to be a way for one clinician to see their own billing without seeing others.

Streamlined process - relatively easy to learn. Ease of accessing notes and preparing to bill was worth the cost.

Its incredibly easy to use, providing a quick means to completing your documentation. I really like the layout and ability to quickly access different accounts and PT information.

The evaluation/re-evaluations area allows for modular additions to allow a high customization without having to freehand.

Their tech support has been superb and their responses efficient and fast.

It's well worth the time and money. No one likes to change billing software, but this product made it as painless as possible.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.
