A+ - I have had to have a couple of interactions with customer service to navigate how to do something and they were very helpful.

It keeps good track and allows you to notify the person making the call that you are busy and will contact them later. It’s safe and easy to use.

What I like best is that it integrates with my EHR system so I do not need numerous calandars and it automatically sends a reminder call/text to my patients.

My only dislike is the layout of the website that they use.

We have only had Sevocity in our office for a few months. Sevocity's team of sales, customer service professionals, and support are quite rapid.

I have recently been given more Administrative access and find it an easy learning curve and the support is superb. Looking forward to expanding my usage of the system in our growing practice.

Occasionally the program freezes up and makes it very difficult to get out of charts (sometimes need to restart the program).

We have been using this program for over a year now and it just keeps getting better and better. The support group is awesome and its all current with CMS rules and regulations.

I liked its ease of use best; in comparison to other EMR software, its ease of use ranks well.

Sometimes the updates are at odd times, and it can run a little slow, but I feel that can be expected sometimes. Otherwise I give this product an 8 out of 10.

The fact that you cannot delete permanently a record that was upload it by accident.

I also have a problem with everyone being able to get into functions that only Administrators should have, such as merging.

Overall experience is great, I will definitely recommend to other healthcare providers.

Currently you have to leave Dr First - go into Sevocity review the chart, plan notes and return to Dr First to complete the script. It takes more time than it should.

I have never seen this simple expandable format in  other software. I love the easily customizable menus on the exams.
