M trying to close my Plus account but nope, no one gets back to me and they’re still charging me. Absolutely disgusted and now cancelling my card so they can’t steal anymore of my money.

All businesses need systems, simple systems work best, just the accounting integration. They get that right, they will have an absolute winner.

It’s all about learning with new products and how easy they are fresha is easy to adapt to and function and customer care are great.

Great little booking tool. I switched when i wanted a paperless clinic.

Clients can book in easily and the book now buttons create opportunities for clients to see who’s available at any time day or night. I love all the features and the consultation helps a great deal.

Except on the website it says it’s included in the 2.29% plus $0.20 per transaction fees. M already very upset at the delay only to hear about these extra costs.

It is easy to use so far and even the free version a small business can use. And as i can understand the Fresha Plus is also cheap.

More recently they are having problems with documenting cancellations and no shows which they were not even aware of.

I have multiple groups that are multispeciality, who find it does not work as well for their providers who are not Physical Therapists.

This product is affordable, easy to use, and has a great interconnected billing software which makes it a one stop shop.

We initiated WebPT for our physical therapy to go electronic. It does save time for the staff to give patients more quality care as there is built in features that make the staff more efficient.

The ability to log in from any secure internet connection. This allowed more flexibility for working remotely at times.

I can also easily add or delete practitioners. The integrated scheduling program is easy to use, and my answering service can even use it.

I made them aware of the problem and they claim it will be referred to their Tier Two team and it has been a month or longer and the issue has not been resolved and eventually it is just ignored.

This software is a great system for physical therapists to utilize for HEP, accessibility to CEUs, and a plethora of other resources.

I love the ease of charting. I love being able to create templates and smart text.

None of my charges were going through due to EDI errors. No one knew what was happening so they had me complete the change over early.
