As a small business owner, this is an affordable solution to help me run my business. The functionality meets my needs and there are more functions I can take advantage of as my business grows.

I have a hard time Seeing my credit card charges that I pay , and i cannot figure out how to change my routing information. So some things could be designed clearer.

The software is user friendly. Between the numerous integrations and the app I and my clients have been very satisfied with the ease of use.

I love that there are many benefits for clients, easy tutorials and for the most part Spa friendly.

That it helps me attract clients, the ease of setting it up and your customer support is amazing. The web design and logo team are wonderful and efficient.

Vagaro hands down offers the best product for the money with additional features than most that allow for things like customizable memberships and rewards programs.

If an error is made in the transaction, the program is not allowed to cancel.

The software was very computer friendly also you customer supports was there to answer all my questions in a rapid response time.

So now am stuck with used pay desk that i paid full price for it. Looking for another provider i am done with Vagaro very soon.

When this happens you do have the option to enter in card information manually, however you are charged extra for it which is another con.

I have really enjoyed processing with Vagaro and the user friendly interface. I also love how my clients get emails and text reminders before their appointments.

I spend countless hours a month combing the system for these errors and it makes our company look incompetent to our customers.

Easy to use for me and my clients. They love the reminders and I love that all my salon information is in one location.

So completely useless for my business and a total waste of time trying to set up. This should be a big warning before you sign up.

NOTES:  I like this section it's comprehensive to different professions. The medical note section is helpful for massage therapists and other medically oriented professions.

Very poor I feel ripped off by their illegal refund policies. They ripped me off for $700 even though I never once used the service.

The price point is great. I love the ability to do payroll, run reports and credit card processing all in one place.

There was no comparison. My favorite things about vagaro is the amazing customer service, ease of use, and the ability to use on both desk top and mobile devices.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.

They LOVE having the ability to see their schedules from the personal smart phone/ tablet when they aren't at work. Our client's LOVE their texting reminders.

I also appreciate being able to see my stat's for the month and year. It's a great help for taxes.

The websites we can create are professional and super easy to create. Add ons like shopping cart to your website are inexpensive and easy to turn on/off at any time...I have done so, many times.

I spent two months researching EMRs and picked this one as the best one for the price. I have been very happy with it.

Their customer service is better than most. They strive for perfection and are always there to help.

Otherwise, they charge you $10,000 for a single template. Mapping your ICD10 and CPT codes is ridiculous.

I couldn't be more pleased with Waiting Room Solutions. The system is so easy to navigate through.

Our A/R is very good and we’ve shown improvement. WRS has reports that help us to keep track of claims that are pending and find out the reason why they are still unpaid.

I am impressed with the integration of the EMR and Practice Management because it eliminates the need for third-party proprietary interfaces linking one company’s module to another.

I only have to point and click. Instead of being tied up with the medical records and documenting everything, I am free to respond to more questions from patients, and that improves patient care.

I'm an organized person and WRS allows me to track the important things. I only have good things to say about the customer support and training team at WRS Health.

We really enjoy using and working with WRS. The EHR is user friendly and the if any issues or questions arrise, once submitted they are quick and professional to answering them.

My practice is in Miami Florida and I specialize in Neurology. I would recommend WRS Health to other physicians because it's easy to use.

Otherwise, practice management is a messy collection of features provided by contractors. The system used to be inexpensive to implement, but we felt we paid the price later.

Need more individual functionality (e.g. my phrases, individual email from the portal) for practices that have multiple users. Need to be able to ERROR notes made in ERROR.

Since I implemented WRS they remark how good this system is and that this is better than what they are using at other health care practices where they are doing their rotations.

I find the system to be helpful and accommodating. The Meaningful Use analysis is wonderful.

I was searching for an integrated EMR and practice management system with a billing capability. One of the things that impressed me was that Waiting Room Solutions is easy to use.

Inability to archive diagnosis and problems without deleting them. Inability to make your own templates.
