I love the ease of connecting to other offices to see if they have appointment availability. I love that I can even do it on vacation.

I really like the ease of use and the ability to integrate with other products in our inhouse customer support solution.

The worst part, which is minor is the amount of customisation and branding.

However the fact that a large portion of my machines have lost connection and had to be manually reinstalled was very frustrating and ultimately is why we left that platform for RD.

In the ScreenConnect days the tool was just as good and it was impressive to see how smoothly this tool was brought into the fold.
