  • Pros

  • I like that once you are tracking client's goals it is easy to go in and track progress.
  • I really love all the features about this software. I love that I can get information from past, present and input future events.
  • Cons

  • The last negative is that we're invested now. It would be overwhelming to even think about switching to another data company even if we wanted to.
  • It can be a little confusing at times with all the different windows to open.

  • The software is feature rich and reliable. The price is also very competitive for the rich feature set.
  • I have used the old version and the new 2.0 version of this software for the past few years. The newer version is definitly better than the older version.
  • Cons

  • The patient portal is too difficult for patients to navigate through so the idea of having them self-register is out the window for me.
  • There is no way to send intake forms to clients and there is no e-signature capability. There are many pieces that need upgraded - too many to mention.
