I like that once you are tracking client's goals it is easy to go in and track progress.

The last negative is that we're invested now. It would be overwhelming to even think about switching to another data company even if we wanted to.

I really love all the features about this software. I love that I can get information from past, present and input future events.

I love working on CR, because it is a program that over all I under how to navigate most of it, it’s easy and user friendly.

It can be a little confusing at times with all the different windows to open.

It was difficult not being able to correct mistakes you knew you made without going through the HR department.

Sometimes it’s limiting and errors are not quickly fixed.

It is also quite expensive compared to similar software. There always seems to be a glitch which also makes working with EHR very difficult.

The costumer service when I didn’t understand how to interact with the software was amazing. The lessons reinforced what they taught and provided quizzes so I really got the material.

Links are created for intake of clients and employees. There is a small business team who has been very responsive and happy to help as we grew into this program.

Great ABA Platform and the best so far that I have used in my 8 years in the field. Very easy once trained and features are great.

It can be difficult to read the information on the appointments from calendar view and you have to click on the appointment to open it up to see all the needed info.

The patient portal is too difficult for patients to navigate through so the idea of having them self-register is out the window for me.

I have used the old version and the new 2.0 version of this software for the past few years. The newer version is definitly better than the older version.

It is very easy to implement and use. It is reasonable priced and I could integrate online payments.

I have had a wonderful experience with this product and recommend it, so long as you are willing to learn to use the interface.

The other big feature is the ability to integrate the online scheduler with my website. My patients love that feature too.

I contacted my rep with billing questions and had a 30-minute demo with her over the phone which was extremely helpful. She is a therapist as well so she knew first-hand what my needs were.

There is no way to send intake forms to clients and there is no e-signature capability. There are many pieces that need upgraded - too many to mention.

Overall I am pleased with  TherapyAppointment. It meets my needs and the improvements that need to be made are not deal breakers for me.

It was a bit awkward to figure out at first but we all got the hang of it after a short while.

The user interface is simple and a pleasure to use. The monthly flat fee has saved me a bundle in time and money in comparison with hiring a billing person, which I did for many years previous.

I was easily frustrated by needing to figure out where everything was since it is completely different than the current program.

This program is wonderfully built to support my therapy practice needs. I can easily enter and access client information, upload documents, schedule, check billing and contact customer service.

I love the reports you can run in the program. It is about to be updated, so that improves the look and user capabilities.

However, when it has to do with the upgraded 2.0 system and the problems involved, the Customer Service is poor.

Overall it's a nice comprehensive EHR system. The new platform makes it not only look better but easy to use.

Love that we will have the ability to reserve playroom through the software.
