  • Pros

  • I love that when new features are released it really adds to the already easy to use system. We always have head great customer service.
  • Their customer service and tech support are excellent.
  • Cons

  • There aren't many downsides to the software. If I had to give it one criticism, I wish it would retain the metrics on users who we ultimately remove to open up seats for new users.
  • We can get some of this data by surveying our mentors/mentees; however, I’m not sure there is anything that can be done about this from the Chronus perspective.

  • It’s easy to set-up and customize within a very short time frame. It’s affordable for startups and small organizations.
  • What stood out to me most were the features to assist in the matching process and the ability to really make the process best suited to our graduate students.
  • Cons

  • Until the website goes live it is difficult to see exactly how the platform will appear to the user.
  • Tags are a little daunting and can be difficult for end-users to understand how to get them to work to move forward in completing a task.
