Pros/Cons

Pros
Application is very user friendly and easy to use. Faster when monitoring and exploring resources. The main thing is onestop solution for any technology stack.
1. Easy to use interface. All resources(like Automation, Data Sources, Analytics etc) at one place. 2. Easy documentation and large no of languages support. 3. Cheaper price packages.

Cons
The wizard in deploying new task like monitoring is a little bit confusing for a new user, however still it can be learn easily.
I do wish the user interface was a little more intuitive, but this application has quite a bit of robust features.

Pros
This is the most robust RMM out there, period. Their support is great and responsive. The depth of configuration and customization is unparalleled.
Tons of features. Price is where it needs to be. Has great capability.

Cons
The learning curve can be steep, and given that the tool is so robust, it can be overwhelming to lower level technicians. However, I think this is mitigated by the available training.
Functionality wise, I have no complaints. However, in terms of UX, it looks a little dated. Perhaps the interface navigation can be improved.
