Pros/Cons

Pros
Application is very user friendly and easy to use. Faster when monitoring and exploring resources. The main thing is onestop solution for any technology stack.
1. Easy to use interface. All resources(like Automation, Data Sources, Analytics etc) at one place. 2. Easy documentation and large no of languages support. 3. Cheaper price packages.

Cons
The wizard in deploying new task like monitoring is a little bit confusing for a new user, however still it can be learn easily.
I do wish the user interface was a little more intuitive, but this application has quite a bit of robust features.

Pros
This is a great helpdesk product for free! I tried other free solutions but none were as complete as this. I highly recommend to all those on a budget
Love this company and all of their products. This suite provides everything needed for successfully managing helpdesk at little to no cost.

Cons
There isn't a lot of features, and while the plug-ins work very well and there are many of them, there aren't any being made recently.
It was a little difficult to navigate through the program but once you get used to it you will be fine.
