Pros
Very intuitive interface. Easy to use. Real time alerting is awesome. Reporting functionality is always on par
Excellent software for network visibility. Lots of feature for managing and monitoring your network.

Cons
The system is very good and complete, but also very difficult to use, the implementation of the system is also very difficult, it requires an experienced partner.
support fees, weak local developers and not exact negative command because it is really good.
