Abila netFORUM is a web-based association management system from Abila (formerly Sage) and is used by associations, nonprofits, and government agencies. The system includes modules for managing events, member profiles, membership levels, and dues.
The event management module organizes attendees, speakers and facility details for different types of events. The software is capable of tracking payments, registrations, and cancellations. Event planners can set multiple event pricing structures based on attendees’ membership levels. More granular details such as audio/visual equipment, furniture rental, meeting rooms and times, attendance numbers and speaker rates are also manageable within the module.
netFORUM automates the membership processing and renewals process by calculating dues for multiple types of memberships and packages, then sending out renewals and status updates. This software also supports chapter membership for national associations and committee involvement for individual members.
An online membership portal offers a way for members to communicate, network, pay dues, and keep their profiles updated.

Easy to add members to the system; easy to make payments; easily used for a trade organization.
Reports are hard to pull---there is no report to simply show who has paid and who has not paid. Events can be a challenge to set-up if need detailed information. Again, can be hard to pull a report with good data for an event too.
