Pros/Cons

Pros
This is extremely affordable software for everyday Church needs. Their customer support is extremely helpful. Interface is easy to manage.
The dashboard is very powerful and provides a lot of data up front. Reports look very professional. Customer support is excellent!

Cons
I wish the giving statements were easily customizable. They look good, but it would be great for us if we could customize them.
The setup process can take some effort so that the software can perform what is desired to be accomplished and is properly customized for it.

Pros
Budget friendly, and easy to use. We have just started to use the email feature and I love it!
easy to get started excellent at receipting excellent customer service very affordable

Cons
Issuing previously used donor numbers to new donors is a little confusing but comes out okay in the end.
Sometimes when I highlight a members name, it jumps to another name because I moved the mouse too quick. Other than that no complaints.
