Pros/Cons

Pros
The product was easy to use and I love the reporting features.
It is very easy to learn and the amount of information that it is able to store for us on our constituents is extremely helpful!

Cons
The new reporting is a little hard to get used to but has a lot of power and features.
Building reports can be a little tricky, but the reporting is flexible and informative.

Extremely easy for our customers to use! Great customer service!
The user interface for the giver is easy to use and clean, and looks good on our website. We love that there's an option to make a recurring gift and that we can fairly easily change the interface

Cons
Need more support to Asian Countries. Not getting any notification when recurring donation stops. Need features to customize the donation page more.
When Embedding form to other websites, sometimes getting issues. Need support to more services. Add features to support other currencies as well.
