Fairly intuitive and easy to learn, lots of options, great support with manuals, videos and help screens. Can customize to a fair extend.

I like the ease of use for members to register for Events,the ability to add discount coupons, and the ability to email to certain groups within  the club or to past event registrants.

I can not think of any negative aspects of the software from my perspective.

The emailing feature is terrible and causes us to use Google Groups to easily contact our members. But that leads to having to maintain a separate list of members, which has proven cumbersome.

They are willing to do anything that is within their scope. Their team is very nice and they do their best.

The help desk is very good. As a point of reference, I have managed similar help desks in Fortune 100 companies.

Excellent functionality. We like the fact that it is adaptive and looks good on all devices.

The last year has been seamless since implementation. Our members love the functionality of it and the ease of use.

THe software is stable, relatively easy to use and has the functionality that are needed for a non-profit organization or club. Overall the tool is a great solution.

And has good web design  features/intial setup support. And support in general is outstanding.

Great Support , easy to use, new features constantly added for free, and it does have a few fee based additional items if you need them. Also Quick-books integration for only $100 one time fee.

The customization options are amazing, and the ability to find members via gps.

Most of the functions of our village are integrated into the software and we love the automatic emails to our volunteers.

What should be simple changes are stuck behind the organization of how the database was structured.

Club Express might be even better for us  if more of our members were enthusiastic about its very sophisticated feature--or even comfortable with them.

We found it to be a good base for a new website for our choir - easy for our singers to use, relatively easy for administrators. The Club Express team has been great to work with.

Both the sales person and the engineer I worked with were very friendly and helpful. My minimal interactions with their support staff have been positive, too.

Your offering has the best value for the money. The customer support is wonderful, second to none.

Integration into payment processing gateways not well integrated.

ANd there are a few processes that just don't make sense. Ie The list of registrants appears or disappears depending on registration option setting which is stupid.

Photos are especially difficult to add to the site. It's just overall a very difficult and frustrating product to use.

We love the ease of set-up of website and various activities. We also like the solid web-base for members.

Billing functions are limited, renewal options are frustrating.

Their manuals and video demonstrations are excellent. There is a lot to cover, but it appears to be well organized and I can get quickly to the topic where I need help.

Club Express is feature rich and will be a great help to our club as I learn more about its modules.

I have no beefs with Club Express, I have good luck with customer support, I like the product and the longer we use it the better it is.

There's no direct access to social media or cloud storage which is a definite negative. Event questions are very limited and do not offer If-Or linking.

ClubExpress is allowing us to take good care of our membership. Customizable to the point where we can keep everyone happy.

Spacing is inflexible, fonts change for no apparent reason -- frustrating. Developers are constantly revising--improving--the software, which can be hard on users.

Also, when zip codes pull for New Jersey and other states that start with a 0, the first digit (0) is removed from the report which is very frustrating.

After searching different sites to track donors we found Donor Tools to be the best one for us. It has everything we need and for the price, i could not find anything better.

I found this software very user friendly. A lot of donation management software can be very convoluted and overwhelming to even just look at.

I had trouble running reports but that could just be because I did not train properly in this area, but I will soon.

Our team likes that DT connects with MailChimp and PayPal, offers graphics on the Dashboard showing fundraising levels, and is a good price for the quality of the product.

I have to pull separate spreadsheets and compare them, which is a giant pain.

It is a little confusing to navigate through at times.

Donor Tools is a great tracking tool for donors and their donations and is important for small nonprofits.

I love that this software can help us make important decisions in regards to charities and the option to integrate with MailChimp.

The reports that DonorTools can run are standard, but a bit limited for typical donor CRMs.

We use them it helps to assist with others as our number one goal.

I appreciate the ability to manage each of our donors effectively. From inputting address information to seeing donor history, it's an effective way to maintain donor relations.

It is incredibly frustrating to only be able to communicate via email.

What I loved most about this,  is that the people who want to help and donate can do it from the comfort of their home or office even from anywhere with internet access.

The interface is easy to handle, you can control donors with your address and contact, you can include multiple users and their permissions, and send personalized thank you messages to donors.

Overall this tool was a pretty good solution for organizing and tracking all of our incoming donations. It's not the best on the market, but it's very serviceable.

The exports are always confusing and cumbersome to execute.

Export/Import features are great, and I love the syncing with MailChimp to keep our mailing list organized. Integration with Paypal and auto-sending of receipts helps us a lot, too.

The only issue I've ever had is that a few times I've made errors when importing files, and it seems to freeze up the import tool, not allowing the import to be cancelled or completed.

I have recommended your software to clients, have always been happy with the quality, customer service and price.

Donor Tools is a cloud-based donor management solution developed by Higher Pixels. it caters to small and mid-size nonprofits, charities and faith-based organization. The solution allows fundraisers to track contributions from multiple donors.


Users can create online fundraising pages with donation forms. The donations are processed through PayPal and automatically logged in the system. Once processed, donors are emailed to confirm receipt of their donation and fundraisers can generate donation reports that filter data by fund, source, donation type and date. Donor Tools also integrates with QuickBooks that allows donor data to be exported and processed to fulfill accounting and tax reporting requirements.


Donor tagging features allow fundraisers to place donors into user-defined groups, which enables them to compile targeted email, mail and phone lists based on donor history, interests and involvement. Integration with MailChimp allows fundraisers to manage online marketing activities and track interactions.


Services offered are billed monthly and support is available via email.
