Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The amazing number of features. The support is awesome and the costs are reasonable.

  • It is so very easy to use. Great support from Club Express, any time needed. Our members love what they can do, by themselves.

  • Cons

  • It's a little annoying when they keep updating the features, but they are very good about helping us to navigate new things.

  • Sometimes the 'full feature set' of options is more complex than what is needed. The manual and videos are fairly good but could possibly be better, with more examples of application functionality.

  • Pros

  • I love the reporting feature. The ability to report from all departments and being able to create a custom report has saved a TON of time

  • It's easy to use, to search, and make changes. Customer service is good. I would recommend trying them.

  • Cons

  • Support. Turn around time is lengthy and solutions are not what are promised in conversations.

  • i guess just that we signed on 5/30/18 & we were just finally able to log in this week....we are anxious to get started but I think there is some time involved no matter which software you choose.
