Denari, developed by Synergy Development Systems, is a management suite designed for nonprofit organizations of varying sizes and specialties. The solution is suitable for animal welfare organizations, faith-based ministries, public broadcasts and other sectors.

Key features include donor management, fundraising, charity and event planning, volunteer management, association and membership management and nonprofit marketing and outreach. Users can track both peer-to-peer and online fundraising through the solution. A member portal is provided for associations seeking membership management.

Organizations can track outreach to their constituents, send automated statements, and accept online payments through credit card processing integration. Reporting is included to analyze giving history by customizable parameters. Data may be exported from the software for closer research and evaluation.

Denari is browser agnostic and accessible via desktops and mobile devices. The system is also available with on-premise deployment.

Extremely Customizable but pulling reports is a bear

Pros

Extremely customizable and customer service is very responsive. Missionary portal is very easy to use

Cons

Pulling reports is very difficult. Often we have to call customer support to get help. Report pulling is not very intuitive.

Pros

Dashboard: The Dashboard offers an at a glance view of LyBunt, Sybunt, prospects, giving levels, lapsing, gifts to date and major donors.
Customer Service: Sometimes a wait to get a callback but when they connect with you, they are helpful

Cons

The report functions are difficult to use and customize. You must go to multiple tabs to create different reports. Donor entry field is not streamlined and simple. Does not include advanced features such as mobile giving, synced with wealth screening companies and tracking social media
