Recently we had a challenge with logging into Donarius, and the staff helped us greatly to ensure quick resolution, very professional and great to work with.

Very easy to use, good reports, detailed instructions, support help excellent and the price is very affordable.

When you need to add a new donor and have a limited number of envelope numbers, you have to delete an inactive donor.

Customer support is outstanding, and the videos that describe the product have been extremely helpful.

The benefits of this program are great. I can create from the main page individual reports, groups, by amounts, specific time periods, it is a great program.

Donarius is so easy to use and is great value for money.

The software is intuitive, it is easy to get up and going in a short while. The 'help' information is easy to understand.

It does get frustrating at times when I can't get the info I need.

Excellent software - it is kept up to date and improved with each new version.

It is great to have a system that automatically creates receipts. Fine for a small church.

Wonderful customer service. Takes care of all needs for a ministry like ours.

The option to email statements seemed very difficult to use. I tried a few times and found it did not work well.

What I like about this software is it's simplicity of use. It does not require a significant knowledge of financial accounting.

As a church, we have recently switched to using QuickBooks, and I wish that Donarius would integrate/have a plugin for QuickBooks.

I know some churches like to have them integrated, but we found it annoying that we could not delete members from the rolls easily if they had ever donated. Donarius is perfect for us.

I really appreciate their patience even when I am not sure how to explain what I want. Results have been great.

Some parts are a little awkward to get set up.

Ease of use, number of useful reporting documents, ease of creating tax receipts, ability to customize receipt layout and labels.

Overall, it's a good software for a smaller church and at a great price tag.

At the most reasonable price, ease of use and customer support, our small charity could not ask for a better software than Donarius.

I have used Donarius for over 15 years and am very pleased with it. It is a straight forward program and easy to learn.

My experience with Donarius has been an easy transition to learn and operate and in this day of multiple technologies to learn it has been a delight to use.

The ease of use inside the program made it best for our small church to get donations put into the system.

Donor type section, very confusing. Hard to show the donors spouse and children birthdate and if they are baptized members.

Ability to export reports to Excel to further customize reports or to add notes. Ability to restore and entire backup or just additional data.

There is a lot of information you can gather when talking to a constituent from those first pages that are really helpful and can add insight.

I have really been struggling with server issues so when I go to pull up a constituent account I only see the name and can't make any changes or get any data off the dashboard.

But very frustrating when you are rushing to get an email out or setup up a time sensitive advocacy action. The second and bigger problem is Salsa has a bad reputation with spam houses.

Salsa is a GREAT Option for Non Profits with a Budget.

Overall I am pleased with the program, but I can also see lots of opportunity for improvement.

The price is difficult to justify for a small non-profit.

First off, the superficial, but important fact that it looks great. It is also very simple to use.

Customer Support - Award winning. I have gotten quick response to questions posed, and I find that they even offer to assist further after the problem has been resolved.

Running reports is extremely difficult in Salsa.

And if you use Salsa CRM, it integrates so beautifully, you'll be glad you make this move.

Salsa is good for general tracking of activities, donors, etc. I would recommend other CRMs over Salsa due to the outdated platform.

Missing the old founders. Wishing the product had more integration with email templates and an updated user interface.

I enjoy how accessible this software makes website building. The templates they provide are a great starting point and very easy to customize to meet your organization's needs.

Salsa has a great training program and their customer service department is very friendly and is able to help me out when I need assistance.

I disliked the reports on the back-end. They seemed to be hidden and difficulty to navigate.

I like the friendly and welcoming look of the appeals I have received. The layout and ease of use are great.

The administrative area is very hard on the eyes, sometimes buggy and poorly designed. The templating feature is draconian and lacks modern features like drag and drop.

Plan for this if you are a making ANY database change. We lost about 20 of our monthly donors.

Very happy we chose to use Salsa Engage as our database. Our team finds it very user-friendly.

I find Salsa Engage is very easy to use and very easy to maneuver around.

So far, my only complaint about Salsa is all the steps you must go through to see an individual sender's letters to an elected official.

Overall, I have found it very easy to make four different websites for four different purposes. Each turn out looking great with minimal time and financial commitment.

I stopped to write this review because thats where I am and it has happened more then once this year.

I looked high and low for software I could integrate into our current advocacy plans and Salsa was the perfect fit. I wish I had found them sooner.

They listen to feedback on how to make the system better and investing money into developing it. Will work with you to resolves road blocks you might have and create work arounds if needed.

The ability to create form letters and send them via email was much needed for our organization. Customer service is very helpful.

I love working on the Engage platform and hope to see more updates as time allows.
