I find it difficult to run reports. There are a lot of upgrade features that you have to pay.

How easy it is to use and the dashboard is very user friendly and displays all of the information in an easy to read format.

Donor perfect is the best fundraising software I have ever used. The support  is amazing and knowledgeable.

They are constantly updating and adding new features to better Donor Perfect. The software is so user friendly and the customer service is amazing.

Overall, it's a great tool for fundraising and is a good value for the price.

Donor Perfect is an easy-to-use software with a clear user interface. There are occasional helpful fundraising seminars and its online community tech support is clear and helpful.

This is a VERY affordable product (our new one is double the cost) and you get unlimited constituents. The support is available, helpful, timely and great.

The pitch for how DonorPerfect can help you even more is there, but it is not the main point of these resources, and that feels good.

The ease and thoroughness of reports that I prepare for the Board of Directors is a BIG advantage. I can report by fiscal year as well as preparing totals for the duration of the capital campaign.

It is really user friendly, and great to do the basic stuff for any donating purposes like donor reports, tax reports, and mailing lists of donors.

One aspect of the software that makes it a little difficult to use are the phrasings that are used as descriptors.

I like the ability to navigate the system easily. Everything is laid out very clearly, and I ever have trouble finding something the Chat feature is great for immediate help.

Aside from the report feature, the product is fairly easy to use with frequent helpful updates to the software. The NPE team seems to be responsive to what users need and want.

The process was simple and everyone there responded quickly. It was very simple to raise money for a good cause.

The ability to pop in to the online in-person help session is a special feature, even if we don't use it very much. The monthly help sessions are valuable, especially for new users.

Overall, I am very impressed with Fundly and would highly recommend it to other businesses.

I've found it extremely difficult to report on data after it's entered in the system. The reporting tool is not intuitive.

The entire tech support  team has been FANTASTIC. I was against a deadline, and they provided the assistance to answer all my questions.

The ease of starting the fund, it was easy to start up and upload pictures.

Finally, NPE’s outstanding Support Team is knowledgeable and attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help and guide.

I started a campaign in January hoping to cash our funds in March for an emergency trip. It is now May and they aren’t able to get me the money because “something went wrong in the system.

However, any hiccups we had - Fundly offered us the support we needed. We like the user friendly platform and the immediate support answers most.

We like that the two databases are integrated, it allows for additional segmenting and targeted communication.

I run into many errors and can't seem to get the reports to pull the information I want, especially in fairly straightforward scenarios.
