Netstock for Sales Forecasting / Demand Planning. Netsuite claims to be able to do all of the above, it may do, but to such a poor level, it's not a viable option.

Great cloud based ERP system. We’ve invested in customizing it to our exact needs.

For my particular area of work, inventory management is great and is better than its competitors.

I recently switched over to Netsuite and I have really enjoyed it so far. It seemed like I picked it up after only a few days of using it.

I really like this program better than sales force because it’s easier to Navigate set of the systems.

From contract negotiation, implementation and after sales support, this has been my worst vendor experience as a 20 year professional.

When NetSuite has errors, they tend to be very bad ones and take a while to get fixed, which hurts our daily business.

I like that I can store all of the companies information in one place. I like that our customers are easy to find.

The structure of Estimate > Sales Order > Invoice is nice. Use of Tasks and Customer notes, contacts and related information is also nice.

You can integrate with any other application and also it's very fast and reliable. This can be the good solution for EDI also.

The robust features that come out of the box are great. I like the abundance of add on Modules and Suiteapps available.

It helps tie costs and resources to a project code and manage expense approvals and reporting. Woud really like some features for mass uploads to save time.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

A very good software for cloud base and does the basics  as well as for any other added customisation.

Set up team is great, and very accommodating. Overall product is great and we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Netsuite is essential to our finance department. It is user friendly and I would recommend to any company looking to switch their software.

I tested the free trial for the software and was amazed at it's capability. Definitely a winner for any company looking to scale their business.

NetSuite has been a great place for our company to store its financial information in a way that is organized and clean.

We interface with the system everyday, and we appreciate how much we can categorically organize and store information, which makes generating reports a breeze.

We've only just started using it but overall were happy with how the implementation went and the flexibility of the software and the willingness of the company to customize and work with you.

Their support staff is fantastic, and has always responded quickly, and offered solutions. They have been willing to work with me and make sure they understand exactly what I'm needing.

We also input numerous other types of constituents. The integrated eCommunications module is a key to our success in keeping in contact with all of our constituencies.

This isn't the best NGO management software out there, but it is definitely the best option at it's pricing tier. It enables overall management of the many moving parts of an NGO.

Overall we love NewOrg, its capabilities and features. We especially appreciate the NewOrg Support Team.

Some of the base areas of the software that are not changeable. But it is so minor that I hesitated even mentioning.

The platform is intuitive. We are a small, yet very busy office so it was important for us to have a system that we could integrate seamlessly.

The organization manual is an amazing feature--internal documentation is something no one ever has time to do. Reporting generation is also crucial.

Pros:  Customer service is excellent. Timely responses and quick resolution to problems.

Any time that they have been unable to deliver something it has been because of a technical limitation of the software.

I love that the volunteers can enter their own hours via the portal. I enjoy entering client data when out in the field using a tablet.

This system does a wonderful job of storing your data in such a way that you can see at a quick glance the history of individuals in events. It is very user friendly.

There are some fields which didn't apply to my application and I had to learn to ignore them.

Easy to learn and use the program. NewOrg Support is very eager and willing to help you and to provide what you need.

Friendly to needs of non-profits, without the bloat that comes with software for enterprises. Dedicated team, care about serving customers.

For example if someone moves from homelessness to housed, and our housing status field is updated we loose the historical data that the client was ever homeless.

They are quick to respond to support tickets and check in periodically to ensure they are meeting our needs in terms of functionality.

The NewOrg system can be pretty customized to meet your needs, and I found that the customer service was excellent and they were willing to go the extra mile.

Certain fields are not able to save historical information so data is lost when the fields are updated.

There's a few features that we feel are missing, in particular re: internal communication platform options and data import.

Good midmarket option with great customer service.

The ability to add custom fields and have them appear selectively depending upon group assignments is awesome. It helps to have someone tech-savvy for self-driven customizations.

The hours of time they have dedicated to our teams has been amazing.

I also like that you can add on different modules as you go, which gives us the opportunity to grow with the software.

The best solution for us at the moment in our price range. As we grow we'll begin looking for something a bit more robust at a higher price.

The software is a good value alternative to more expensive donor management solutions.

We love the system and recommend it to others who need to capture complex data. Their implementation and design team is unsurpassed.
