Netstock for Sales Forecasting / Demand Planning. Netsuite claims to be able to do all of the above, it may do, but to such a poor level, it's not a viable option.

Great cloud based ERP system. We’ve invested in customizing it to our exact needs.

For my particular area of work, inventory management is great and is better than its competitors.

I recently switched over to Netsuite and I have really enjoyed it so far. It seemed like I picked it up after only a few days of using it.

I really like this program better than sales force because it’s easier to Navigate set of the systems.

When NetSuite has errors, they tend to be very bad ones and take a while to get fixed, which hurts our daily business.

The structure of Estimate > Sales Order > Invoice is nice. Use of Tasks and Customer notes, contacts and related information is also nice.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

A very good software for cloud base and does the basics  as well as for any other added customisation.

Set up team is great, and very accommodating. Overall product is great and we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Netsuite is essential to our finance department. It is user friendly and I would recommend to any company looking to switch their software.

Virtuous was one of the newer CRM's when we started using it, but you can tell they are improving it all the time.

Our organization had an unwieldy CRM before, and Virtuous made our CRM troubles disappear.

I like that it is easy to use and that you have customer support through messenger write there at your fingertips.

I love the personalization and customization options available that really help nonprofits connect with their donors. I also love how responsive the Virtuous team is to customer feedback.

The software is cutting edge and the staff is excellent to work with. Virtuous is already great, and only going to get better.

I could praise many things about this software but the top pros would have to be the sharp clean interface and the ability to integrate with Sripe.

We've suggested ideas and improvements, and we've been happy with how we keep building out our Virtuous database as our systems become more sophisticated.

As the years have gone by, its look and feel as well as features have continued to improve.

There are endless capabilities, reports, and metrics that can be pulled from Virtuous. Virtuous is intuitive enough to focus your attention on the data that matters most.

We are thrilled to be with Virtuous and are very expectant that this software will enable us to grow in unmeasurable ways. With the marketing tools Virtuous offers, the possibilities are limitless.

Some features are missing but they're getting added all the time.

Would love the option of removing system labels, also virtuous scores - as a member of our company the virtuous scores aren't helpful.

I started actually with this CRM and then sat in all the other CRM demos and no one lived up to Vituous. No need to do that work again if you’re looking for a CRM this is the one.

I'm having a difficult time coming up with any cons.

I've loved how easy it is to use Virtuous. The trainings are plentiful, the interface is user-friendly, and the transition from one database to another has been as smooth as possible.
