Google does it best when it comes to Productivity or Content Management

I started note taking years ago with Google Keep before looking for more features in other apps but this has been my go-to for anything related to work.

Pros

The open canvas to track every bit of info especially if your are Google Workspace user. This could be the place to record every info that you think you have to come back and refer. The search is top notch and the integration with Google suite of apps is excellent

Cons

Acts buggy at times so not sure if it because of Chrome or the platform

Easy Note taking Google keep

Overall, Google keep software has made it easier to keep and take notes on my industry. It has several tools that are significantly useful.

Pros

What I like about this software is simplicity, ease of use, collaboration tools.

Cons

The least I like about this software is the name for it, I think there are other names more suitable.

Google Keep is to Keep

Pros

Google Keep is such a great way to keep a "To Do" list or lots of them all in one place. I love how you can have Google Keep on your computer as well as your phone so you always have your "to do", notes or memos at hand. The feature that allows you to click "Google Keep" right from slides or Gmail is SO helpful.

Cons

My least favorite part about Google Keep is it can be hard to make the lists have a nice-looking header and different bullets. I love different fonts, colors, and options but feel like Google Keep is missing out on some of these features and different texts. This doesn't take away from the functions of Google Keep but would be a nice addition.
