I use the software with students and colleagues. It is very easy to use, works like a swiss clock and allows me to give feedback much faster.

He setup was very simple and the support team did every thing to make the onboarding easy and answered to all question very quick.

The best feature about the software is that review links can be sent to anyone - internal or external, team member or non-team member.

Unfortunately, the project templates are only available in the Pro and Enterprise Version.

Limited API at the moment (but I was told that there is more to come).

A faster easier project work. We saved alot of time working on our project cause the feedback chain was quick to execute from anywhere.

I would prefer it as a stand alone software version instead of SaaS.

It is an easy-to-use online proofing software that helps us get our company and product videos reviewed and approved faster.

We were given an excellent demo by a member of the Filestage team prior to purchase and they have been responsive every time I have reached out to them since.

It gives us a simple to use set of tools for sending creative work for approval (both internally and externally). The tools for marking up amends are simple and extremely effective.

Cost is my only Con due to the size of budget projects I do, but might be a steal for someone else.

The tool is quite simple and might not be working for large organisations and complex projects. There are no workflows and requirements management.

I like that ProofHub is so seamless, intuitive, and easy to use. It keeps all your work-related stuff like projects and people under one roof in a convenient way.

For example, there is no way to choose which notifications to receive, there's no possibility to manage groups into projects, and the page doesn't load completely sometimes.

After a few months, the team became uncomfortable using ProofHub.

Great potential but a still has a way to go in UX.

First of all, we started with the free trial of the software without many expectations as we had a few bad experiences with project management software in the past.

ProofHub is all in all a reliable tool for our team. It has proven to be robust and it’s safe to say my team will be using it for the years to come.

The training modules are very basic and hard to really get through.

UI is fast but a bit erratic. The Gantt chart which management heavily relies on is a pain to use and set up for each project.

The support team is responsive and the tool is ever-improving. There are bright days ahead for this tool.

Overall, Proof Hub is an amazing app for teams needing assists with project that have multiple team members working on one project, and is perfect for small and growing company.

Gantt charts help us plan and schedule better, calendar feature gives quick access to the important events and milestones coming up.

You can not upload tasks with dependencies and leave the app calculate the time. Would suggest adding this as a feature.
