Very smooth transition from one system to the other. Training was great and the customer service has been wonderful.

We switched to CommunityPass in the fall of 2014 after 10 years with ActiveNet. Our department enjoys this system and the responsive from their team to any new ideas or input we have.

Redundant unnecessary pages need to be completed for each registration, a big problem on busy registration days. Frequent locking up and freezing.

The program is very user friendly from both the admin and public side. From an admin's standpoint, whenever I have a question, customer service is very prompt and friendly in helping me out.

Setting up new seasons has been difficult for us.

The process for refunds is very complicated, and it causes problems for our customers. It is also difficult to create exceptions and make special rules for events.

The ease of use is a definite pro. Being able to separate revenue by individual sports is a great feature.

One thing I dislike about the software is that you are unable to send just a text message. It only allows you to send an email and a text message to all the families.

Some of the character limits are not long enough. It is very difficult to preview your work.

Overall, we are very happy with our use of the system and how it has helped us become more efficient and customer friendly.

With all the Problems I had within the first half year i quit my contract. They were not understanding at all why.

I don't think it's reasonable to pay this much for a reservation system at a higher volume.

The remote assistance is fast and precise. I have increased visits and winetours to my Winery and better organized the hospitality work.

It happened a couple of times it stopped working so no customer could book. The API Connection was try and error some OTA´s did manage to implement​ some did not.

A website alone is not enough to get customers to book your tours. You need a booking software to manage existing capacities and avoid overbooking.
