VSA gave us the ability to manage completed remote laptops from a central console. Something as simple as changing the administrator password remotely is priceless to us.

I can say no after sales customer service at all. No phone number can be contact for urgent issue.

It is very easy for technicians to use and provides a nice single pane of glass to see everything through. Kaseya has lots of options for you to add on to sell to your customers as well.

Costly - But you get what you pay for. Menus - They are working to standardize the UI.

Overall Kaseya is a good product. I think there are better applications out there for the price, but for an RMM it does its job.

Support is horrible because the company is horrible.

This even extended to professional services and some problems completing scope items.

They focus on new things like new backup & office 365 integration but the Core of their product is still terrible.

The powerful scripting agent has allowed for us to deploy software and patches quickly.

You polish the whole in the right shape. We have good security options with Webroot, Malwarebytes and Patch Management as most important parts.

License issues constantly causing problems, support is hit or miss, AD discovery is completely broken, poor integration with AV products.

It lacks a low latency feature such as Zoho assist. If your customer has a poor connection, expect key presses to be delayed and your words being typed wrong.

The software is actually quite good when it works properly. It has a huge amount of features.

Beyond simply remoting onto client endpoints, I really enjoy the ability to carry out various tasks in the background without having to remote on, including. Running CMD and PowerShell commands.

Some other products have pieces of what Kaseya can do, but no one has it all.

Updates with Live Connect, some times install will fail and have to uninstall and reinstall. Some connectivity issues when using live connect is slow.

What I love about this product, it has a lot of modules that helps me a lot to meet on my general requirement.

The price is great compared to others. The back end and configuration could be easier and more intuitive.

The ease of remotely accessing devices to help resolve issues is amazing. Not to mention the remote aspects of running procedures for software means we don't have to connect to any device.

It's a good product for what it is. But there are WAY better solutions out there to do what Patch Manager does, and for far cheaper.

3Th party patchmanagement is also very important, not only Windows updates. Take over machines from the same portal/dashboard, as integration for our servicedesk works also nice.

Allows for non windows applications to be patched and installed with Windows updates WSUS. It simplifies the update interface but still keeps true to WSUS.

You can automate the Cleanup Wizard, but that has it's own problems, which Patch Manage doesn't solve. You still need yet another product from another vendor to solve that problem.

Support team was very attentive and helpful, trying to help me to overcome the problems. Apparently, my environment was too complex for this solution.

It depends solely on WSUS. That of course includes all the problems associated with WSUS.

Every once in a while some devices, loose connection or is mis-configured, but after a few tweaks your back to patching as usual. Which is setup up and monitor if devices are patching.

Positive and highly recommend for either a larger business with inhouse IT, or for MSP's looking for a patching solution.

This saves bandwidth when updates occur and allows for a more reliable and consistent success rate.

This software takes WSUS and dominates it, that is the best way I can explain it. The reports you can get are accurate and amazing.

Patch Manager can be a bit difficult to use at first. We had to rely heavily on the administrator guide to get started.

We have used this software for a while now to manage patches for them, and system monitoring. All in all, so far this is great.

The product cannot be installed on Linux platform. Does not support legacy OS patching.

Can be a bit awkward to navigate around, but once used a few times you know where parts are located.
