Overall, I find EHR Your Way to be easy to use, and it makes my life easier because of the reminders and shortcuts it has built in.

As a therapist, I find that its really quick and easy to write up my notes, keep documents organized and keep my treatment plans up to date because they give note and treatment plan reminders. I also like that your calendar is color coordinated so its super easy to tell which appointments are in person, online, new patients vs. existing, etc. Patients also give positive feedback about getting appointment reminders.

I do wish EHR Your Way gave reminders for when to readminister outcome measures in the same way that it gives reminders for outstanding notes and treatment plans. That would make it even better.

It's been solid and reliable. The team works hard to resolve issues when I create tickets for technical support! They have continued to work to adapt the programming to improve the convenience of the system to meet needs we experience as a small group practice serving diverse clients, which means the record keeping and billing can be idiosyncratic.

As a mental health provider who does not have a lot technical prowess, the clinical functions in the system are overall user-friendly and reliable.

There have been times we have had to adapt different things that did not seem to flow well between the clinical and billing sides of the system. Some was user error. Some was programming, from what I understand.

I enjoy the different color coded biling information

There are too many clicks in order to do certain things. The amount of buffer times are way to high. there are many unnecessary features. The lack of ability for admin to correct issues is horrible.

EHR your way has been helpful in managing my case load. Scheduling feature is beneficial to use for organization and has a variety of options for scheduling. I benefit from the feature that notify you when you are scheduling in a blocked window, when there is a conflict, or any adjust that needs to be made. The documents are easy to find in the client chart. The team at EHR is supportive, timely with responses, and willing to provide verbal, visual, or whatever support is needed for someone to understand a task they need to manage.

I found it difficult at first to navigate a new system, and that was just me as a user. I think many professionals can relate to change in formatting but once I learned about EHR through trainings, I have found myself comfortable and adjusted to the program.

My experience with EHR your way has been overall good. They respond quickly to your needs if you need to change, add or update something in the EMR. The EMR is user friendly and easy to use. I am very satisfied with EHR your way.

My experience with EHRYW overall has been positive 4 out of 5. There are many intuitive features that smooth my day as a clinician. I’m glad to use this software daily for our agency.

I like how EHRYW seems to grasp the flow and needs of mental health practice management. There is ease of access for clinicians for quick scheduling, quick progress notes, recurring appointments, etc. It allows a smoother daily charting and scheduling. I also really appreciate how we have been able to customize for our agency.

I would like for improvement of grammar especially when interacting with clients (e.g. email template for portal upload). I often catch grammatical mistakes in practice system. There are a few needed ways to continue smoothing out the process.

Gone are the days of saving over files and keeping folders upon folders saved to servers. EHR is an easy way to manage all client files, billing, and therapy notes all in one place. It has made my job so much easier!

Our business has been in place for more then 10 years and we have been looking for a software for our business that would fit "all" our needs and more since the beginning and never could find anything and trust me I have seen lots of software demos over and over. Every place I found would fit some but not like this software that fits "all" my needs! In my demo I asked so many questions and everything they said they can do and complete for me, they really did complete for me and went beyond my expectations. When I need something they are there and help me through the process and if I still do not know they video me and explain to me until I completely understand and then follow up with me to make sure I am continuing to do good. Any concerns or questions they are there for me. The best part of this software is that they work with you and really meet "your" needs and what "you" need the software to do for you, not like other software which is standard and no adjustments can be made but here you really have a team of experts working for you and helping you and your business to facilitate better and function accordingly. I definitely recommend this software to medical, mental, therapy, and practically any company that needs a functional software platform to work for you.

I have not yet found anything least about this software. If there is something that is needed everybody in the team comes together and accomplishes what I need.

We have had a wonderful experience and prefer this software far more than our old EHR (Kareo). Blessy was our implementation team leader and is always helpful and pleasant to interact with. She and her team have done a great job of ensuring that the system works well, and have helped us find ways to use the system that improve our efficiency.

Switching over from our old platform the customizability was the most important feature and we have definitely taken advantage of it. The implementation team made therapy notes that met our criteria, designed a daily log to help us more efficiently track and charge for appointments, and we are now adding our third program. The fact that you can add and change the bones of the software is really the selling point.

There are a couple places where things like email addresses don't auto populate or you can't easily copy and paste. It's an annoyance, but not the end of the world.

We love that we have been able to customize our EHR to our specific needs. It has simplified our billing which was a huge problem in our previous system. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been great in helping us through our transition. He has answered every email quickly and got us in touch with the correct person to answer our questions. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was also amazing at facilitating meetings. We love how easy it is to complete notes in EHR your way and the customized reports. At first the company representatives were hard to understand but they never had a problem with slowing down and repeated themselves. It also became easier to understand them the more we talked. It also took longer than we hoped to get up and running but now using the system we understand it took that time because it is customized to exactly what we wanted and needed.

EHRYW support has been very helpful for every situation that has come up. Our counseling agency is quite complex, so there are very specific needs we have (i.e. documenting scholarship sessions, billing different types of services through insurance and self-pay, tracking employment data like licensure and liability insurance). While there have been some challenges, EHRYW has made attempts to meet our needs and followed through with meetings and support.

A positive can sometimes be a con as well. With EHRYW, we are able to build forms, reports, etc. to our exact needs; however, this means that sometimes the rules that are created to help make these forms work do not always work properly. There are some functions that are not available. But, overall, they are able to make everything that we need and help us with the process.

The team has been responsive, accommodating to our practices needs and taking the provider input when considering new features.

This is an extremely powerful EHR that is able to accommodate the needs of various specialties including internal medicine practice. The customer support team is excellent and is able to fully customize the product to your needs. Has a modular component with regards to billing that we does not use but have study done is very good. I love the ability to do everything within the EHR including prescribed, fax documents, email patient's, chart notes and review labs.

I would hope that they continue developing the phone application as it is extremely useful and able to accommodate E prescribing over the phone app. There are some features like visualizing previous notes and visualizing telephone call/sticky notes that are not yet available.

EHR Your Way is an excellent investment for our school-based mental health clinic. In my role as Clinical Director, I regularly interfaced with the EHR Your Way team and was impressed by the customizability of the system and the promptness of the technicians creating our system. The interface is clean and the programming robust! The system has helped us make our workflow more efficient and eliminated our need for project management software. The system also has the capacity to grow with us -- as we need more features, we are able to ask for and customize the system. The technicians who created our system were incredibly responsive and prioritized my time and schedule -- despite a time zone difference. I really can't speak highly enough about EHR Your Way!

The "look" of the system can feel a little bit dated at times, but it's robust features vastly outweigh aesthetics in my opinion.

We love that this system does what we need instead of just giving a product that we have to try to fit the work we do into. Behavioral health is very unique from state to state so we need this flexibility.

There are some things that take a while to implement, when they are unique to the agency, but most things we do get there.

EHR Your Way provides a system wide electronic health record system for all practitioners to utilize and reference in an easy to use, familiar and standardized set of forms - custom designed by the practice to replicate already successfully utilized paper forms so the learning curve is simple, the efficiency is immediate and the practice meets all its data security and safety obligations in an easy to use, user friendly approach.

I like that this product EHR Your Way is, as its name implies, extremely customizable. It looks and feels exactly like the useful and familiar forms I use everyday in my practice because it allows you to design the “electronic form” based on the “paper forms” you already use. Of course, they are expertly designed both graphically and digitally to perform very effectively but it allows the practice to determine what is a useful interface. Each of the forms are then expertly integrated into the “electronic health record” data base so the user can reap all the benefits of a true electronic health record making its integration with my practices really simple.

This is minor but the “narrative fields” used to enter notes expands incrementally as I type the note and while it is an automatic process I would prefer that I can expand the field myself to a pre-designated size as when I write documentation it is more useful to me to be able to visualize the entire field at the outset. I should probably discuss this with the developer as I would not be surprised if that wish can be accommodated. But even if not it is still super easy to use this way.

At my job level I am very pleased with the reporting I can pull for our various programs to see whrere we need to step up certain documentation, etc

EHR your way is a very user friendly environment for users of all levels pertaining to their particular job descriptions. We have a wide array of programs that use different functions pertaining to their programs.As a supervisor level user I can pull together all the information I need for our wide variety programs via the reports we have set up to track everything frm specific demographics to ensuring time sensitive items are up to date. Whenever I need a particular data dump of information, the EHR team always quickly responds designing a report I can run and put into an excel spreadsheet to analize which is very important for all our various levels of tracking

I would like to be able to create my own reporting but I do understand the requirements that EHR need to maintain. They are quick to respond when I open a ticket for a new report.

Awesome...many features that are not in Practice Fusion

Precise in format, and many features that are not in Practice Fusion.

Too much clicking to get to where you need to go or access.Too much changes to formats most especially when it comes to prescribing and also the dispense units that Providers has to click where there aren't enough choices on the drop down (e.g Inhale or Drops..it has dropperful but not all drops are ordered as dropperful) . Also our Providers tend to forget days supply in which of course in the system where they click click and click but not aware that the quantity and days supply aren't indicated in the prescription and it becomes a delay in process to where the patients are unable to receive their meds on time without calling our office for clarifications on days supply or quantity.

EHR YOUR WAY is easy to navigate, easy to switch between service programs that clients are enrolled in, and almost always available wherever I have Wifi for easy documentation.

What I like most about EHR YOUR WAY is it is user friendly, easy find the documents that I need, and I have experienced very little down time where I could not login.

What I least like about EHR YOUR WAY is if I click on another link or document for a client to reference an intervention or information listed on another document before I click update or save, the information that I entered in the therapy note will be lost. Often times I forget to update the note before I go to another screen.

The most impactful features, are the Appointment Screens- love how easy it it to navigate around add multiple patients, add comments, see insurances. The Document Management- indexing can be customized to what ever we want to label a for as in a patient chart. Quick Chart-gives you check access to add a new patient without opening the chart fully.

There nothing that I really don't like but I would like to see change is- if you have an outside provider that has more that one location with different phone and fax at each location there should be a way to add the provider twice regardless of duplicate NPI's. But overall the best EHR

So completely thrilled with our EHR Your Way electronic records system. We were able to get a completely customized system for a fraction of the price quoted from other companies. The EHR Your Way development team worked closely with us to understand our unique and complex service and billing needs and created a user friendly system to meet those needs. When it was time to roll-out the system, the EHR implementation team provided easy step-by-step videos on functionality. Staff were available 24/7 and responded quickly to telephone calls and email requests for assistance. In recent months , they transitioned to communicating any enhancements or problems through a “ticket” system within the EHR Your Way system. I was initially concerned that this system would reduce the prompt attention that I had been used to. Not so. In actuality, this ticket system has been time-saving and the staff continues to be as helpful and responsive as always. I have heard many nightmare stories from organizations who used other electronic records companies to develop their software (constant bugs,clunky and inefficient, never finished the job, etc.) So glad I went with EHR Your Way.

Everything is tailored to our needs and Customized for much less $ than comparable systems. Does everything we need it to do. Hardly any problems. User friendly.

At first, I didn’t like that the system wasn’t set up to notify our gmail accounts when we receive a message in the system. The company has since added this feature—so I don’t have any other comments at this time.
