We use GoFormz to organize and timestamp photo documentation from the field into PDFs that we then submit to the program providers. This process replaces the collections of loose photos.

If you change one text or any field, it could potentially ruin your database.

I didn't have much of a hand over training when i took over but i find the system very easy to use and the help site assisted me with most of my questions. My fellow colleagues like using it too.

There is more accountability, less paper work is being lost or damaged or left incomplete. The reports that are generated give snap shots that are extremely useful monitoring performance.

The fact that you are able to use forms to keep other trades accountable via documentation is great. This helps guard you against potential back charges later in the project.

Unfortunately more than one user cannot work on the same template without it crashing (even when working on different parts of the form).

GoFormz has improved over the last couple of years with a number of updates. The customer service is excellent - always responding to questions in a timely manner and being very helpful.
