  • Pros

  • I love the automated reminder emails and text. I also love the ready for pick up text.
  • Before I got into the entertainment field, I was in business with my sister and we owned a small grooming salon. This software was the best.
  • Cons

  • People are double charged if not done one at a time. Software creates duplicate time slots for employees which crash the system and make random appointments disappear from the calendar.
  • No real con as the only negative is because I needed something that is unique.

  • Scheduling is easy along with client communication options. Setting it all up is pretty easy also very user friendly.
  • I love software because my clients love it. It makes it so much easier for them to book appointments online, at their convenience.
  • Cons

  • I had several customers book my services incorrectly and were charged incorrectly because of this.
  • The app on the iphone is horrible, never lets me view the schedule. It shuts out of the app, before even logging into my account.
