After implementing COREDINATE into our operations we have instant access to an online dashboard and can see exactly what is happening on our sites. It offers complete transparency between our security services and the client. We have made use of the reporting feature and the clients are emailed at 8am each morning with a full summary of all Tasks, patrols and incidents.

PROS

Since using COREDINATE NVC Security has streamlined its processes and now has a platform that allows us to easily manage day to day operations and reporting. This has also allowed the company to win more business.

CONS

Nothing - this software is easy to use. There is support available should you need it.

Ability to gather reports at the click of a button, user friendly for our mobile patrol officers, ability to locate via GPS points as well as use the new Bluetooth location services for points. Great that you are able to send reports direct to client once the patrol has been completed with time/date stamp and any incidents.

PROS

We have used Coredinate for just over 12 months now having preciously used a software that cost considerably more with poor support and complex routes to gather the data and information we required. Coredinate have assisted us in gathering the data and information we need at the click of a button. Our mobile patrol officers have commented that the Coredinate application on the Android company phone is very user friendly and aids them greatly in the completion of mobile patrol tours and recording the information. Once a mobile patrol officer has completed the patrol we have the option to send the report direct to our client with the record of the patrol and any incidents our team have logged on site. The online portal which our control room team use have also commented that it is very user friendly and able to find the report you are looking for within seconds.

CONS

None - Very happy with the product and wish we used Coredinate sooner

Reasons for switching to Coredinate

The cost for TrackTik was extortionate for a company of our size and we did not feel we were getting value for money.

Absolutely fantastic

PROS

I like the fact that it is so user friendly and the support that you receive from the company is phenomenal

CONS

I would like the software to be able to produce monthly data sheets with graphs so that I can see ata a glance what has been achieved by the management team, I have spoken to COREDINATE about this and I am confident that as the software is being developed this function will become available

DIGITALIZATION WITH A SNAP OF YOUR FINGERS

In a real operating environment, the implementation was unproblematic. I set up COREDINATE for a customers headquarters including 80 checkpoints, employee access, customer access, and five patrol variants in a smooth four-hour effort. The customer was stunned about the speed of this process. Time-consuming tasks such as evaluating patrols, assigning events and sending them via email, the administration of our personnel and access rights are all automated and structured by COREDINATE. Simple and easy to handle operating surfaces make administration intuitive, more fluent - thus increasing effectiveness.

PROS

Thanks to COREDINATE, our employees can catch a ride to the digital age without being replaced by technology. COREDINATE is easy to use and highly accepted amongst our employees, raising the percentage of incidence reports higher than before. This is a valuable signal to our customers since it shows that their needs and concerns are being taken care of, greatly improving customer satisfaction. As a security service provider I can offer a high level of transparency to the customer via the portal system. Also, our customers have the possibility for further interactions that no other systems have to offer. Another clear advantage COREDINATE offers ist the simple feel of current smartphones that everyone over the age of thirteen is used to by now. This means user errors are minimized drastically. On a scale of 1 (bad) through 10 (one of a kind) I’ll give it a 9. We wouldn’t want to overdo it! ;) It’s a very simple and thought out process. I can recommend the starters package (basic) with the support of COREDINATE to everyone wanting to increase their workflow. The knowledge that is already imparted makes the set up very easy and quick. You can outfit almost every employee with the respective user rights as a sub-supervisor without hours of instruction or training.

exceptional customer service

Extremely helpful professional staff, the Coredinate App has helped me win business as well, so thanks Coredinate all i see is a brilliant partnership rather than just another app. Highly recommended.

PROS

Of the many features this app has my favourite has got to be the incident form reporting, i have an employee who is extremely dyslexic , and it was difficult to get them to record incident reports in live time, however after installing coredinate onto our work mobile phone, the security officer can now talk into the phone and record the incident immediately live time, with no writing involved, you can also add photos, this report is them emailed immediately to our control centre and clients, brilliant not to mention saving time and administration. But by far the best feature is the employee safeguarding and lone worker protection, knowing my security staff are save is everything to us as a company in these troubled times, and to be able to track their movements in live time is very reassuring, and also to be able to give my clients peace of mind and an accurate audit trail is worth every penny of the very reasonable and cost effect service provided by Coredinate.

CONS

The amount of time setting it all up, however well worth taking time at the beginning to set it up correctly with superb customer service provided this is made easier by the Coredinate staff.

Coredinate had more value for money with different features and a very good patrol system, that was fully auditable.

Why I would recomend Coredinate

Cordinte supply me with a patrol monitoring system. It does everything I need. I like it, The customer likes it and most impotantly the Officers who use it on a day to day basis like it.

PROS

The product is very easy for me to manage and for the Security Officers to use. It provdes me with all the information I need in a clear and easy to unerstand way. It enables me to provide the customer with proof, if required, of what issues there have been on site and who dealt with them and when

CONS

There is nothing I do not like about the product. In covers all the bases for me.

Reason for choosing Coredinate

I like dealing with people and once I had spoken with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] at Cordinate I knew I had found a company I would be happy to deal with. Product was great, Easy to instal, Customer support is exellent and the price is very reasonable

Reasons for switching to Coredinate

Officers did not like it and it did not supply information in real time.

Best App I have used for Security

From the free trail to now it’s been best value for money and really keeps my business and staff safe. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] our account manager give us and still gives us all the support and advice we need very happy and best app on the market.

So user friendly with great support from our account Manager always happy to help and assist.

CONS

One thing the app could do with is rostering platform.

The whole Coredinate package is excellent, it’s easy to set up and use and have had no problems using it overall I believe that it will be of beneficial use to our business for years to come.

CONS

Haven’t come across any cons yet but if I do I’m sure they will be dealt with efficiently.

Es entfallen die Wege, Datensammler vor Ort zu tauschen und dann auszuwerten. Die Arbeitsergebnisse können in Echtzeit im Web verfolgt werden. Die Kommunikation mit u.U. weit entfernen Mitarbeitern wird wesentlich erleichtert. Die benötigten Daten stehen automatisch zur Verfügung.

Das Produkt ist von Leuten entwickelt worden, die sich mit den Anforderungen unserer Branche auskennen. Dem Anwender werden nur die für ihn wesentlichen Informationen angezeigt. Das Einrichten und Verwalten der Daten ist einfach.

CONS

Werden Ereignisse mit Bilder dokumentiert, können diese von anderen Anwender nicht eingesehen werden.

Leichte einarbeitung, leichte Bedienbarkeit, Echtzeit Standortermittlung im Notfall möglich, Kundenzugriff im externen Bereich erspart viel Arbeit und sorgt für Transparenz

CONS

Die Abomodelle sollten auf die Kundengrößen angepasst werden vor allem im preislichen Segment. Wünschenswert :Schnittstelle zur Rechnungsübertragung für den Kunden und das Programm wäre ein "allrounder"

Excellent service all round.

My overall experience with Coredinate was excellent. The customer service is second to none. The staff are more than helpful any time you need assistance and the product is superb. I would like to mentionthat the support team has been outstanding.

PROS

The software is easy to use and is properly explained from the outset. I have used a number of similar products, however this one is by far the best. It is accurate, simple and very effective.

CONS

I have no cons about the software at all.
